Hey, everyone. Welcome back!
I hope your semester has started off great and you all are figuring out your schedules. I need to know what times are best for everyone to attend our bi-weekly meetings.
My suggested time is Thursday 6:30 or 7pm. I can also do Tues (after 5pm)...Others? Friday??
As soon as we agree on a meeting time we can begin on our "To Do" list:
1-distributing t-shirts
2-election for open seats
3-tabling to recruit new members
4-planning for our End of the semester BIG Social Event (must be presented to the MES department during the first week of Feb!!!!)
5-Bring forward NEW ideas for the MECC
6-also discuss other events (i.e. 40 Acres Fest in April)
***Officers, we need to update registrations
