??Bi-Weekly Meeting Time for Spring `08??

Hey, everyone. Welcome back!

I hope your semester has started off great and you all are figuring out your schedules. I need to know what times are best for everyone to attend our bi-weekly meetings.

My suggested time is Thursday 6:30 or 7pm. I can also do Tues (after 5pm)...Others? Friday??

As soon as we agree on a meeting time we can begin on our "To Do" list:

1-distributing t-shirts
2-election for open seats
3-tabling to recruit new members
4-planning for our End of the semester BIG Social Event (must be presented to the MES department during the first week of Feb!!!!)
5-Bring forward NEW ideas for the MECC
6-also discuss other events (i.e. 40 Acres Fest in April)
***Officers, we need to update registrations

Email me back. Tell me your times/your thoughts....And remember to tell everyone about the MECC; we are a new organization on campus!

             I could do thursdays at 7 or 7:30. I would also still like to keep the dardashas going, maybe around the 3rd week of school so people have time to adjust to their new schedules.

Anyday for me is good after 6:30... But not next Wed, which I'll be busy all day.
