Welcome All to the First Annual Melrose STEM Expo being held at the MVMMS cafeteria on Saturday, November 19th from 1-4pm. You are on this email list because you have expressed interest or committed to managing a booth or activity at the Expo. Let me say thank you first of all for hosting a booth and inspiring Melrose students to pursue STEM-related activities.
Publicity for the Expo will gain momentum this week once fliers go out in students' backpacks and submissions in schools' newsletters, along with fliers posted around town and a press release in the local papers.
Attached is a document that gives you all pertinent information on hosting a booth at the Expo along with a few questions asking what your needs are for the booths. Please take a minute to look this over and respond to confirm that you will manage a booth and what items you may need.
