I hope all is well in Melrose.  Attached is a process flow chart draft.  This is a general form, and I'm looking for feedback.

Hi,

I have a few suggestions below. Since I'm a technical person, I tend to like more info, but other folks might like it shorter. I've also attached AuditProgramDelivery.pdf which is 1 page from a study for MassSave. This page has much info on the contractor weatherization process, which we don't need in our handout.

Action 2: Receive a call from Next Step Living to schedule your visit.
Suggestions:
- Note that there will be several calls in case people are out.
- Do you want to indicate possible times slots?

Action 3: Have your home energy assessment conducted. ...
Suggestion:
- Add replacing incandescent light bulbs.

Action 5: Take action to weatherize your home by utilizing Mass Save Home Energy Service Program® incentives.  At the visit, you will have the opportunity to sign a contract and move forward with insulation work.
Suggestions:
- Add that people can also review the contract and sign it later.

Action 6: Have weatherization work done on your home.
Suggestion:
- Add that house will be inspected by another MassSave company to ensure quality.
