I have 2 comments on your doc:
1). We need to think our our group signup strategy. You doc states:
PROCESS: CONTACT TRAVIS AT TRAVIS...@NEXTSTEPLIVINGINC.COM.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A URL FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION. THEN BEGIN CIRUCLATING URL AND MASS SAVE SPECIFIC DETAILS.
I think having a URL is OK for a large group like Youth Soccer. But this is much too confusing for the multitude of small groups.As you can see from the contact list at the bottom (I removed local politicians), there are over 120 orgs and I have not even added sports groups. These orgs were grouped into these categories:
Schools
Houses of Worship
Clubs and Organizations (including Sports which should be separated out)
So the general Melrose sign-up page could ask:
"Do you want NSL to give a $5 contribution to a Melrose non-profit group?"
Then you can have a selection list of the above categories. When a category is selected, then the homeowner can refine the selection in a pull-down list in that category.
2) Some of the statements seem to be more directed to NSL management that Melrose groups, like:
"GOAL: SUPPORT LOCAL SUSTAINABILITY INTIATIVES THROUGH COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH MELROSE NON-PROFITS."
