3,00,000 + 50,000(Retention Bonus - on completing & being active in the system after 12 Months)

 

Process:

 

·         2.5 Months Working under T&Q centrally.

·         3 Months Working as Trainee Area Head, Mentored by Circle Head/Cluster Head at Circle.

·         After 6 Months: Appointment as Area Head with individual responsibility against then available vacancies in any location.

·         On appointment as Area Head each employee will be given targets & KRA’s.

·         On successfully achieving the above, they will be eligible for increment as per the regular appraisal cycle for the year 2016-2017.
