Group operation services., both jobs need top performer, hard working,  flexible, can work under pressure and know how to cope with changes or

Unexpected circumstances.

 

I know it๏ฟฝs difficult to find the right and experienced person, but we are willing to hire an inexperienced but fast learner, good attitude, friendly manner, good service, etc.

 

Now, we have 24 full time staff and I am sending you the organization in another email for your ideas as well as our company profile.

 

Our clients are 80% fly business and first class., 20% in economy, staff, etc., and almost 95% clients are leading corporations in Thailand, especially, Telecom and Energy industry.

 

I think those who could speak, second language like Italian, French or Spanish, could be advantage and those who love traveling or know how to do a research and can entertain people in term of knowledge, culture ,history, gastronomic experience etc., would be a plus.

 

Our company faction to be:

 

Customer Service Team ๏ฟฝ who work on multi task ๏ฟฝ group operation ๏ฟฝ marketing support-sales and tour leader ๏ฟฝ know some of quotation, costing etc.

Operation Team- who fully support on operation work ๏ฟฝ costing of the tour, quotation, booking ๏ฟฝ hotel, visa support,  communication with clients on requirements etc.

Ticketing ๏ฟฝ who provide air ticketing services

 

Fix salary ๏ฟฝ qualify ๏ฟฝ no experience  - start at 20,000 baht, and average bonus for this year, 4 month equivalent.. and allowance for overseas trip, after 2 -3 times training, will get per diem at 2000, baht per day.  For experienced, 2 years with us and top performer, age around 29-30 years old, if they are very good performer, speak fluent two language, they would have fix salary 40-50,000 baht and plus average 20,000 baht per diem for overseas trip plus 4 month bonus.(actually this year, average to be 4-6 month depending of individual performance, skill development.

 

Working here, we measure people ๏ฟฝ everyone need to develop their personal skill ๏ฟฝ has participation of company๏ฟฝs sales, creative, innovative and have devotion to their work., and we prefer people to work smart more than work hard.
