Salary range: 15,000/- to 25,000/- per month plus incentives & bonus

 

Requirements for Jr. Proposal Writer

Ability to build strong relationship

Ability to learn technical information

Self-Confidence and Self-Starter

Office Automation Tools (MS Office Etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting

Good Written and Verbal Communication

Should be willing to work in the night shift

Salary range: 10,000/- to 12,000/- per month plus incentives & bonus

 

Requirements for IT/Technical Recruiter

Ability to build strong relationship

Ability to learn technical information

Self-Confidence and Self-Starter

Office Automation Tools (MS Office Etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting

Calling the applicants and informing them about the job opportunity.

Good Written and Verbal Communication

Should be willing to work in the night shift

 3) Jr. Business Development Executive-

Position Title: Business Development Executive 
Type: Direct, Full Time, Employee 
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat, India 
Compensation: Negotiable 
Openings: 2

Job Description:
Selling vTech IT Staffing, IT consulting service offerings to new and existing clients. 

Prospecting; identifying buyers and scheduling introduction meetings.

Executing all phases of the staffing and solutions sales processes.

Requirements:
Candidate should have a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, more than 2-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment as a recruiter or business development executive. Candidate should be able to work independently with limited direction.

Benefits:
Outstanding compensation packages available, including bonuses and benefits as qualified, including health insurance, paid time off for vacations/sick time, paid holidays, Telecommute feasible.

 

Salary range: 15,000/- to 25,000/- per month plus incentives & bonus

 

 

For both the above profiles working in night shift is must. Timings are from 07:30 pm IST to 05:30 am IST. 5 days of work. Saturday- Sundays are off.

2 times performance appraisal, 2 times bonus plus excellent incentive package & opportunity to learn, grow & develop.
