JD:

As an RPA Architect, you will be primarily responsible for

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing RPA solutions across business functions such as supply chain, finance, operations, and customer service.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and define solution architecture.
• Drive platform readiness, tool capability enablement, and best-fit design strategies for complex automation use cases.
• Oversee the full RPA lifecycle: opportunity assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Establish and enforce CoE governance, coding standards, reusable components, and documentation practices.
• Mentor and guide a team of RPA developers and process SMEs, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and structured/unstructured data formats (XML, JSON, CSV).
• Monitor automation performance, ensure alignment with business KPIs, and recommend enhancements.
• Explore and pilot Agentic AI capabilities to augment traditional RPA with intelligent decision-making and adaptive workflows.
