Job Title: RPA Business Analyst/PM in Retail/Manufacturing Domain
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Travel: May require travel to Client/Project locations
Duration : 12 Months+
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused RPA Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives for a leading retail/manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document business requirements, and support the delivery of intelligent automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing processes.
· Conduct process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments to prioritize automation use cases.
· Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and assist in Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with technical teams.
· Act as a liaison between business users and RPA developers to ensure accurate and complete requirement translation.
· Support change management, training, and adoption efforts for automation initiatives.
· Monitor automation performance against business KPIs and recommend improvements.
· Contribute to the development of automation roadmaps and reusable assets within the CoE.
· Explore integration of Agentic AI capabilities to enhance automation with intelligent decision-making.
