I think that I feel more comfortable believing that the universe has always existed, rather than believe it came from nothing.I think the blind watchmaker started as a computer, since hardware comes before software and cannot run without hardware.
I think if lightning hitting a scum filled pond can make a 747, then it could also make a monkey, but until then I think people who say that it did know very little about DNA, and RNA and proteins, and how the code executes, as a chain reaction.
I would rather believe that deep mind or someone like him, wrote the DNA code, since no terminated string with CAG repeats, saying as a coder, well lets terminate the string between 10 and 35 CAG repeats is like someone in India writing Widows 11.
Let me show you this...
"The most accurate atomic clocks in the world, such as the NIST quantum logic clock based on aluminum ions, can measure time with an accuracy extending to 19 decimal places. These optical clocks are so precise they would not lose or gain a second in over 14 billion years, effectively redefining the standard for timekeeping."
What this proves once again is that unless you are a physicist, you are a stamp collector like Rutherford said.
So my professional opinion tells me as a physicist, that the analog data is lossy, and DNA code has devolved here due to that, since the CAG repeats which lead to Huntington's, make no sense at all otherwise. To write code that adds up to the most complex thing in the universe bar none, to have such amazing code that is truly out of the world if you really understand it, and then to leave that makes absolutely no sense.
So where did it all come from? If we can accept that the universe has always been here, and the big bang, follows a pattern, Bosenova, nuke, supernova, big bang, then the big bang is another supernova. And could not come out of nothing.
I can believe that some crystals began to vibrate and interact with cosmic rays and turned into a rudimentary CPU and developed from there until God was born. Otherwise again things don't make sense. So I am with Elon Musk on this who says we live in a simulator.
And maybe always have.
