Consider how much money is being pulled out of the real estate market as the war on drug cartels takes their money from them that they can no longer launder in Vancouver. 100 billion dollars approx has been seized so far in this war. And the relations with China, the country that is shipping tons of opioids through Vancouver harbor every day, is under attack by the western world for doing that. So maybe Vancouver has been sheltering the Triad gangs but the rest of the world is not.
Now that harbor is the worst in the world and Vancouver has been destroying families all over North America as it enjoys all this money laundering. And you are worried about condo sales. I have a better idea, why not police the harbor, stop the influx of these killer drugs or at least try to make it look like you care. Alberta is leaving Canada. The immigrant problem they have had enough. When are we going to do the same?
