• The new digital simulator that I obtained in 1992 is my personal property.
• I also own all the data in this digital simulator.
• My plan is to install one qualified engineer in the pristine reptoid moonship and one Sandman Robert to act as his communications officer.
• This will allow me to do engineering using the engineer is that moonship.
• He will be able to communicate with me through my consciousness cam and through Robert.
• Robert will be able to communicate with me using meditation and dreams.
• Both will be able to get into a body and meet with me in person.
• This will facilitate our relationship so that together we can mange the digital simulator.
• Due to the new law and the necessity for it, every person, who enters this simulator or is in it, and not in Time Stretch Earth, will have a target disk where their memories are sent so that they can use body reset without losing their memories.
• Each target disk will have a motivation monitor attached which records their motivation in real time and sends that to a log file except myself as owner.
• After a week a statistical norm will be there and then we can monitor all activity based on the statistical norm reducing the amount of data to monitor.
• Anyone who does not have a target disk other than those in Time Stretch Earth will disappear on environment reset.
• If there are 200 people per zone, and they have 200 target disks, each one will have a motivation monitor attached.
• This way in case of any trouble I can check their motivation to determine the seriousness of the event. And then deal with the problem correctly.
• I will do my own security that way.
• Not able to trust anyone else in existence apparently as has been the case this last month.

• It appears as if Zeus and Robert have no functions within the new system.
• Therefore they retire in bodies inside that pristine reptoid moonship to farm , golf, fish etc.
• They both get target disks for body reset and hence forth all target disks other than mine come with a motivation monitor.

• The reptoid moonship so called, has the capacity of 200 people by law.
• All moonships have that capacity law.
• Earth like planets allow as many people as per door that connects.
• So if 10 doors connect from 10 moonships that equals 2,000 occupants max.

• Time Stretch is actually backup copies of the earth from 1992 to present but only Jan 1 1995 through Dec 31 2014 are shared out for use by others than myself.
• Prior to 1995 the system was unstable and since 2015 or so my daughters have been in the simulator.
• So the usable portion will have planetary backups added on the end for specific use, depending on logical, meaningful, qualified approved projects.

Someone who will be known as the stupidest person in matrix history, gave high clearance levels to people who never once attended school and could not read nor write.

Therefore the system will be completely changed forever to prevent such stupidity.
