High treason, infiltration, and by people who have no mercy for the general public. This is war people, time to step it up a bit. You are going to need to walk through every office like that in America with detection equipment. If anyone tries to stop you, arrest them for treason.

Don't give everyone $2,000. They can spend that money cleaning up this horrendous mess. Take that money and clean it up. 

It costs money to clean things like this up. Make that their own personal investment in their own country.

And get the canine units in there now before they have a chance to clean it up themselves. It is going to take an executive order because cops just can't walk into a Mayor's office and do that. Every government office needs a walk through with a canine unit stat. In the entire country. What you will find is going to shock the world.
