to Meaningless nonsense
I did my food order today the 27th, because they were running out of necessities, this before anyone even got their check.
Most of my items like lactose free milk all gone but one large jug size so I ordered quick before it opened, and paid extra for express delivery, but somehow still missed the boat on that and numerous other items.
So right away my shopper there starts texting me for substitution approvals and I find out my smart phone is on heir side during this shopping battle.

So she sends me 5 messages all at once and each requires approval, and my phone won't send the approvals. It is trying to take 10 minutes to send the text message, so now of course I am starting to panic, not knowing WTF is going on.

So I rush to their website to use their approval functions there, but they saw me coming, and it just won't work and keeps apologizing as they are unloading their non selling items on me.
4 months now that function has not been working but hey they apologize there every time, and just insist I bend over.
Back to the smart phone, and I am losing ground now and things are getting out of control, on their website they are saying the order is being prepared, and on my smart phone they are saying the delivery is finished and the stuff is outside my door.
I go WHAT???
Go look and sure enough the stuff is in the hall.
I go back to my phone and now her messages start to come in and I now get the play by play 15 minutes after the fact. And she is saying come help me, there is too much stuff and no elevator. (one flight of stairs and I paid 30 bucks for the delivery)
So I start texting again thinking they are delivering my order twice!
Finally I give up and just unpack things which is not a big order at all, it only had one heavy jug of milk that I did not want as a substitute.
In fact for 550 bucks I got 5 bags half full.
So I gave up and gave their website a review and told them their drivers are not pressing the buzzer at the apartment building door because they don't want to confront the customer, they have been pressing a different apartment number to open the door so they can drop and run.
All in all clearly one of the worst shopping experiences you could possibly have.
They have this rigged so totally to offload their non selling items to people who get deliveries. And no way they will change their modus operandi.
So I need to up my game. Go for no substitutions, and order every week, instead of every 4 weeks like I normally do.
And if they don't have what I need, wait a day or two, get the delivery on a 40 dollar order and no tip. For the win.
