So then this is a second draft of the plot with expanded scenes and more depth of character to increase the number of pages. We are shooting for 130 pages then we will remove 25 or so pages through a rigorous editing process.

And that will refine the story and reduce the dull moments.

So this rough draft we will not expect to go from 35 pages to 130 pages, so if we get to 70 pages we should be happy with that at this point. We can go for bloat but bloat is not quality.

We need to be clear right now what it should look like at 135 pages.

Somewhere Valley

A normal family go through a time slip as they crash their car. They move into a motel and have to get jobs since they are in 2010 from 2026 and their cards don't work and they are almost broke. Their son falls in love with a girl his own age. Their daughter finds the solution through a book in the Library. They end up back where the time slip happened and there is a twist to the ending.

So we have a normal family living a normal life, and they go to visit their Aunt, in the country and on the way there they end up in a time slip.

So the dad is 35, the mom about 35, the son is 16, the daughter is 9.

So they had their son when they were young, they were just 19.

But that just makes them see things eye to eye better since the generation gap is very small.

So in our story the daughter is the prophetic one. She is gifted with second sight and very intuitive and the universe seems to expose it’s secrets to her more than to other people.

There is a love story as a major part of this story, the son and a farmer’s daughter. They have a lot in common and fall in love at first sight.

Both have a best friend that normally goes with them when they go on dates.

Although they do go alone at times since the son gets a motorcycle.

So then the dad and mom are supporting actors and the son and the daughter are two of the main characters. The Juliette to his Romeo is also a main character and the best friends they have are more visible in the story than the mom and dad since they are more involved in the love story.

The daughter is home alone normally during the day so she has to cope with that and there is a cat who visits her and other things will occur for her as the story progresses.

So for a 16 year old boy with a gorgeous girlfriend now, time slips are the coolest thing ever. For a 9 year old girl with no friends not so much. For their parents who lost their home and their friends and employment and all their money it is bad but not yet desperate.

So the young girl is the one who will stand out to the audience and will be remembered because the love story is quite simple and fun but not as interesting as the things the daughter is involved in as part of the time slip and fate and secrets of the universe.

So we can’t have the story shift from poltergeist to a rom com with a cut to.

The A.I. was suggesting something similar but that does not really work. When you are broke sharing a motel room with 3 other people two of whom are your children, that is not a rom com. That is 10 feet above the gutter. And you don’t have to look far to see people there.

So when there is comedy it is more like comedic relief.

“Comedic (or comic) relief is a storytelling device used in dramatic or serious works to intentionally interrupt moments of high tension or tragedy with humor. It provides an emotional break for the audience, prevents them from feeling overwhelmed, and can make the subsequent dramatic moments feel much darker by contrast”

So we need to use it wisely and sparingly or else the serious parts are seen as not serious and then they will not feel empathy for the family. It is important that the audience feels something besides adrenaline.

Just so you know adrenaline you get from horror movies like the new Spielberg film. And it is a very cheap drug that desperate studios have to use when they are trying to survive.

Whereas with a good story, you get empathy (Oxytocin, Dopamine, Endorphins), sympathy  (Oxytocin, Dopamine) , love.
"Love alters your brain chemistry entirely, and unlike empathy or sympathy, it actively floods your system with endorphins alongside a complex cocktail of other hormones."

You also get adrenaline from the script.

So then if you are in a motel room with 3 other people and you have one bathroom, it sounds like this…

John: Mom hurry up I have to go to the bathroom.

Jessica: Me too.

The door opens Jill has a towel around her hair on her head as she moves past John who really has to go pee badly, Jessica is standing there crossing her legs, Jill: I need to put on my makeup or I will be late for work.

Jack: Do I need to take a number?

Jessica: You can go after me daddy.

Jill gets out a small mirror from her handbag and starts to put her makeup on sitting on the side of the bed.

That is likely to happen often. So you see it is no picnic and they have no kitchen, no fridge, no coffee pot, this is not a classy motel, it is a cheap roadside motel off the beaten track on the edge of a very small town. And it needs renovation and the manager is older, as is his wife, and she has arthritis, he has a bad back.

So they have someone who cleans the rooms and for them that is every two weeks. And so Jill cleans the room herself up as much as she can during the two weeks. With some help from the kids and Jack. However you can imagine how things pile up real quickly. No dishes so everything is disposable from elsewhere or they are making sandwiches like peanut butter and jam, or tuna, and things like that which can be made on the dresser. Jack needs to bring a lunch so he gets two sandwiches every work day and bottled water and pop or juice. He has to get his coffee on the way to work.

They always have a green garbage bag in the corner taking up room and looking ugly because they fill one every day.

Air freshener is sprayed often and the fan in the bathroom often left on.

But they manage to cope that way, and stick together as they face these trials they are going through as a family.

So now we understand the situation better and will not be injecting humor everywhere since this is not a picnic, this is not a holiday weekend for Jack and Jill and Jessica. They are coping and they can laugh and they can try to make the best of it, and are doing ok at first, since it is summer it is the middle of July, and the sun shines almost every day. It is warm but not so hot you cannot stand it. It is swimming weather in the river, just, since the river water is still a little bit cold coming down from the mountain as it does.

So for the next month and a half, life for them will be relatively manageable, since the local economy does well in the summer and they were able to get jobs as a result. The kids go back to school at the end of August so that will be the time when things start to get tough for them. And that is only a month and a half away.

Yet for John at 16, an adventurous life is what it is all about. He met a girl, he bought a motorcycle, and he gets his clothes washed by his mom. He takes his showers when he can, and eats tuna or peanut butter sandwiches and chips and pop and whatever he wants since he works at a grocery store.

He already has a new best friend who works at the grocery store in the summer too, and he is also 16. They hit it off right away and so for John, this is all an excellent adventure since he believes he has found his true love and all of this might be happening so he could meet her. Like fate intervened on their behalf.

He is riding the wave, living the small town dream, with a small town girl, who is gorgeous in every way. She is fit from working on the farm with her dad. Every morning she has to feed the animals with him, and haul water to the animals that are in pens like the chickens and the ducks and the geese.

They also have rabbits and a cow that her dad milks every day, and a couple steer they are raising for beef. They have a huge garden, and a couple fields for straw and hay. For her dad it is a long day every day, to manage it all by himself with help from his daughter.

But there is no life like it. To grow your own food mostly, and to know what you are eating. So they are very healthy as a result. She is 16 and he is 40 and unfortunately his wife, her mom, died young a few years back.

Until that happened, Bill, Sandra’s dad, was much like John, in love, carefree, riding on a dream of happiness and farm life. With friends that would visit, and parties to go to, and holidays to celebrate. They had a lot of great times and he is filled with a lot of great memories. Those memories often turn to melancholy, then sadness if he is not careful. And the bottle is always within reach and he knows he can't go down that road since he has to look after his daughter. Yet he does tip that bottle a bit now and then, he can resist it however, thanks to his love for her.

If you have ever lived on a farm, then you know the amount of work I am talking about. If not then I will explain some of it. For Sandra at 16 she is on summer holidays so there is the garden to look after and it is a large garden that needs to be weeded and she has to watch for varmints that will get under the fence and eat the vegetables or damage them. The watering is done using sprinklers but someone has to turn it off and on.

Weeding can be hard on the back, and weeds seem to grow faster than the vegetables.

The best part is come harvest time, then it is all worthwhile, since all the food you get will be canned and used all winter filling your belly. As you sit in front of the fire with a full belly reading a book, all comfy and warm thanks to mother nature.

Mind you that fire won't be there if Bill does not chop numerous cords of wood before the cold weather sets in. He has to always be chopping wood since it also has to dry and be stored in the wood shed.

They don’t raise pigs since the smell is just too awful and not worth the effort for them. Oh you can try to keep them clean but they live for mud and filth and will resist every attempt you make to keep them clean.

The sheep are too much work for this small farm so they gave that up a while back. All the dipping for parasites and watching that they don’t eat green grass or they fall over, blow up and die.

Same with the horses. Never feed horses lush green grass, the gas buildup is too much for them. They need hay that has been dried in the sun, harvested and bailed and stored in the barn in the hay loft.

They only have 3 horses, so they don’t eat all that much but they also need grain and a salt lick and all these little expenses add up. So they have a corn field that helps to offset the cost and provides corn for some of the animals that eat corn.

The grain field on the back 40, is essential for the animals and someone comes with a combine to harvest the grain, and in doing so they get a share of the crop.

So as long as the crop is good the animals will be happy all winter with straw, hay, corn and grain, to keep their bellies full and keep them warm.

Two of the horses are for riding and one is for work on the farm. In a pinch you can get two of them working but one is normally all you need. It can pull a wagon, a buckboard and carry the rocks that are removed from the fields. All part of hard work, like removing stumps.

As you can imagine Bill is always out there fixing fences, picking up rocks, riding the tractor in the fields, fertilizing the crops, and tilling the soil.

They have some apple trees also and they look after themselves so they are the easiest part of farming there is.

Until harvest.

Sandra walks into the living room of their farm house and her dad is there in his easy chair, relaxing and resting his aching bones.

Sandra: Dad, can I have 30 dollars?

Bill: What do you need 20 dollars for?

Sandra: Janet and I are going to the movies, it is her birthday and I need to get her a present.

Bill: Oh, well ok, here you go.

Sandra: Dad, that’s only 20 dollars.

Bill: Oh I thought you said 20.Thirty dollars is a lot of money for a present. .

Sandra: And we are going to the movies.

Bill: Here is another 10. Do you need a ride?

Sandra: No, Janet got a car for her birthday.

Bill:A car?

Sandra: Not a new one, a good used one. She has her license and everything. She passed her driving test today. Her birthday was 4 days ago. So we are going to a show to celebrate.

Bill: That’s nice. You girls be careful. And don’t stay out late. Be home by 11 at the latest.

Sandra: Ok dad.

Sandra heads upstairs to get ready to go out. This is her first date with John. To say she is a bit nervous would be an understatement. She has already tried on everything in her closet before she finally decided to wear her best jeans and a normal top. She doesn’t have new shoes and her runners are filthy, so she is going to wear her sandals.

She brushed her hair and did her nails, and put her makeup on, and Janet will be there in about 10 minutes.

She has a small selection of jewelry, but nothing expensive. She puts on her charm bracelet figuring tonight she needs all the luck she can get.

The phone rings and so she shouts downstairs I got it, to her dad.

It is Janet.

I am just leaving. I will be there in 10 minutes. Are you excited?

Sandra: Yes!

Janet: Nervous?

Sandra. Yes.

Janet laughs: I would be too. Ok I will be there in 10 minutes. Bye.

Sandra had time to put some things away and straighten her room up a bit, check herself one more time in the mirror, and to spray some light perfume all over. She checked the time and made her way downstairs just as she heard Janet pull up in front of the house, Sandra: Bye dad.

Bill: By sweetheart, remember don’t be late.

Sandra: I won't.

And out she went smiling ear to ear. Finally they had wheels. They were independent. For the first time in their lives they didn’t need a ride from their parents. She hopped into the passenger seat, and said to Janet. I am so excited.

Janet: Me too! I was so nervous taking my test. I thought I was going to blow it especially when I had to do a three point turn.

Sandra: What’s a three point turn?

Janet oh this turn where you oh never mind I will show you later it is so complicated. She reached for the radio and turned it on and a Taylor Swift song was playing on the radio. A breakup breakdown song called White Horse and they both started singing along to it as Janel rolled down the driveway and onto the road driving her new somewhat used car.

So this has been Act III scene 7 and 8, expanded with information about Sandra and her dad Bill on their farm.
In the outline the A.l. decided for himself that John would be using a pay phone to look for a job but no the motel room has a phone and it doe not cost money for a local call. And it has a local phone book.
So you have to watch the A.I. very carefully since it does not stick to the script.

What it thinks is important may not be, and what it misses? You might not even notice.
It did get one part right when it added that they were looking for work under the table. However they do have paperwork that allows them to work. They have their social security number.
So it is not a real issue and there is not much chance they will not have tax deducted so why even mention that part when you do not know? So I would remove that part that it added on its own.

You see how your POV needs to override it's ego.
What if he is right? Avoid it and you will not be wrong. Too much unnecessary information.
Everyone can see it, construction work, waitress, grocery bagger clerk.
Expect the expected.
Until things are not as they are supposed to be.

Something else the A.I. got wrong because it is not intuitive.

"Bill looks bewildered. A car? At 16?"
" Bill is deeply unsettled by a 16-year-old having a car."

No he is not. He is surprised that her dad could afford to buy his daughter a car.
He will save a lot of money on gas now. In fact his life just got a lot easier.

Kids on farms drive tractors at age 14, even younger. AND cars at age 14.
Age 13: Nebraska allows children as young as 13 to get a Farm Husbandry Permit if they live on a farm and need to drive to work.
Age 14: States like Kansas, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Oklahoma allow 14-year-olds to get restricted farm permits or instructional permits
On Public Roads: State laws govern driving a tractor on public roads. Some states, like Wisconsin, allow 12- to 15-year-olds to drive tractors on public roads if they pass a 24-hour safety certification course
On Public Roads (The "Farm Permit"): This is where the U.S. stands out. Because of the vast distances in agricultural states, several states offer a legal Restricted Farm Permit. This permit allows young teenagers to drive real cars and pickup trucks on public roads without an adult—provided they are driving directly to or from farm work or school.

So again, make sure you pay attention to what the A.I. is doing and double check everything.
Someone will say something the day after the film is released if you get one thing wrong.

Look at how far off he was from reality. Not a clue.

Not only that but due to the fact I had to paste the plot in sections he labelled the acts wrong and so that was act II not act II.
Act II Scene 7 and 8.
Take 27 CLACK
And roll em....
  • The Date: Sandra and Janet pick up John and his grocery coworker, Bret.
No they do not. They are standing outside the theater waiting for them.
That is a huge error but getting it to do the grunt work is still worth correcting it rather than to do it all yourself.
That is why the first outline is just a rough draft of an outline.

Act II

Scene 9:

John invited his new friend from the grocery store, Bret, another grocery clerk and they are standing outside the theater waiting for the two girls.

They see them drive up.

John: Do you know Janet?

Bret: A bit, we were in English together last year. Are you going to put your arm around Sandra?

John: I don't know, do you think she will let me?

Bret: Why not?

The girls are there now. As they pull into the parking lot Janet sees John for the first time and says: He is so cute!

Sandra: I know, I’m so excited.

They exit the vehicle.

John: Hey girls.

Sandra: Hi John, Bret, John this is Janet.

John: Hi Janet.

Sandra: Bret you know Janet.

Bret: Yes we were in English class together last year.

Bret: Hi Janet.

Janet waves and smiles.

John: Ladies first, and opens the door.

Since this is only their first date in a modern world everyone pays for their own unless they want to pay for someone else’s but if John asked to pay for Sandra it still would be too pushy at this point. AND Sandra wants to pay for Janet because it is her birthday. That is part of her present. She didn’t get her anything because she didn’t have any money and had to work all week on the farm. This is all done at the ticket sales booth with subtle gestures and clues and even .

Sandra: I am paying for yours Janet.

Sandra pays for Janet because it is her birthday.

John and Bret pay for their own.

They walk in and get their popcorn, and a drink and now they have to figure out who is going to sit where.

Janet doesn't want to sit next to Bret. He wears glasses.

So Bret is beside John and Janet is beside Sandra.

The cost of showing any film on the screen like Alice in Wonderland is not worth filming the screen at all. $100,000 for seconds of film.

So the lighting is changing in front of them casting moving shadows as films do, but we are watching Bret on the left then John, then Sandra then Janet in the middle row of the theater but Bret is on the outside by the walkway. It is directly to his left.

John is thinking about putting his arm around Sandra.

Bret nudges him with an elbow.

He goes for the fake yawn stretch,  and puts his arm around Sandra.

She doesn't flinch.

In his head he is thinking that's it, I did it, we are a couple just like that! I have a girlfriend. And she is amazing! He smiles to himself with a real sense of relief and satisfaction.

We don’t know what film they saw and we don’t care. And we can still create dialog from them which is important right now. The way they interact and agree or disagree on what they saw and if they argue or try to add to what the other said.

We can expect both John and Sandra to agree and even support each other regarding the film regardless but if it is something weird, a red flag will go up that will be a topic of discussion later with their best friend.

Cut to outside the theater.

John and Sandra are not holding hands. He was too nervous to try and do that and it was too awkward at the time.

Janet: I love that horse they had, what a nice horse.

Sandra: And it jumped over the fence when it saw her! And came right to her.

That was so cool.

John: I love horses.

Sandra: I have a horse.

John: Really?

Sandra smiling and feeling proud : yeah.

John: Is there a horse riding place where I can rent a horse to go riding?

Sandra: We have 2 horses, we could go riding maybe.

John: That would be awesome.

John: Let's go to Howard Johnsons.

Sandra: Ok.

John opens the front door of the passenger side for Sandra.

He is thinking should I kiss her? Better not risk it until later.

They get into the car and the boys sit in the back seat.

They go to Howard Johnsons and get some food and they are happy and talking, all 4 of them.

Music is playing but at Howard Johnsons it is elevator music. Background instrumentation.

John: So when can we go horseback riding?

Sandra: How about Sunday?

John: Give me your number and I will call you on Sunday.

Sandra: ok, got a pen?

John has two pens and he checked them to make sure they work before he left the motel..

He takes a napkin and passes that and a pen to Sandra.

He puts the pen and napkin back in his jacket pocket.

He is sitting beside her and now he puts his hand on her hand that is on the table while he does that with his other hand.

She looks at him and smiles.

It is getting late so the girls have to go now.

Again Sandra pays for what Janet had as part of her Birthday present.

The boys pay for their own and then walk the girls to the car and this is it, his moment, he is going to kiss her goodnight. He lives across the street. Bret is in the back seat getting a ride home.

And of course this has to be done like any Hollywood movie, their first kiss.

That's very big news for teens. So it has to go perfectly.

She is expecting it since he had his arm around her in the theater and he held her hand in the diner.

He is a bit taller than her, she is wearing sandals, so she is a bit shorter than usual.

They look into each other’s eyes, and they kiss. Not a long passionate kiss, not yet, this is just a good night kiss. But shivers ripple down John’s spine.

Then the girls are driving away, John is ecstatic. Wow what a kiss.

He never felt the shivers down his spine before when he kissed a girl.

Bret lives just up the road back towards town, and they drop him off.

And the girls are in the car and Sandra is dazed,  and Sandra says OMG, what just happened?

And Janet says: What???

Sandra: When he kissed me I felt shivers down my spine!

And they make girl noises and crank up the radio again.

The DJ: It’s Friday night people and we are shakin all over!

This is a subtle bit of synchronicity

Want a teaser from the sequel?

John lives with Sandra and Bill now, and Bill calls to Sandra in the kitchen she is doing dishes, he is upstairs.
In his room.
She goes up and enters his room, he is sitting on the side of his bed, he says sit down.
She sits in the arm chair.
Bill: Now I know that when your mom died, it hit you very hard, like it did me.
Now I don't know how you feel because I can't read your mind.
He lifts the photo album.
There's a photo missing in the album.
I want you to give it back to me.
Sandra: But dad I don't have it.
Bill: What did you do with it?
Sandra: Dad I never took it!
Bill: Sandra, who else could have taken it.
Sandra: I don't know.
Bill: Where's John?
Sandra: He's out chopping wood.

That's the kind of help you get from the matrix and so that is why that works so well for the trailer. I mean trawler.
All they need to do in the matrix is find a way to get Bill to commit suicide and the two young kids have a farm and a life like Adam and Eve.
Or there is always the axe. It could be an axident.
That's the dark side.
Well yes it could be little Jessica trying to get her wings setting something complicated up with the woman down the road who just happens to arrive as Bill is going to ask John if he took that photo.
And all of a sudden, things start to change. But how far gone is Bill? Does she have to look like his dead wife?
But that's another story.

Act II
Scene 10: Clack
roll em

It is Saturday morning and John is off to work. It takes him about half an hour to walk there.

He passes the gas station and sees a Triumph motorcycle outside the gas station with a sign on it for sale, $300.

He smiles and keeps walking.

Cut to the motel,

Jack is talking to Jill: they want $3,000 for a new motor,

Jill: $3,000 ???!

Jack: yeah that's the best they can do.

Jill: That's all the money we have.

Jack: Well then next pay day.

Jill: I have to do laundry.

Jack:  Call a taxi.

Jill: I guess so. What should I pick up for dinner?

Jack: Why not get a roast chicken?

Jill: That sounds good.

Jill looks at Jessica and it looks like she is crying.

Jill goes over to Jessica:  what's wrong sweetheart?

Jessica is there looking forlorn like a ragamuffin.

Crying softly to herself.

Jessica: I'm sooo lonely. She says not raising her head.

Jill : Oh you poor thing…

Her mom moves over to where she is and lifts her into her lap and hugs her, and starts to rock her.

Jack turns on the radio...

Once there was a way, to get back homeward

The camera zooms out of the motel through the roof and provides an aerial view of the area as the orchestration very smoothly drowns out the radio as we drift through the roof before the loud part of that song..

Then fades to the next scene.

We have choices for the orchestration as we lift through the roof.

This one since the women are crying in the audience right now, and we just hit the men in the stomach with the radio,
if there is anyone else left standing we are going to take them out at the knees now using Itzhak Perlman
The sky is getting cloudy,

But we are just barely into our love story so we will let them stop crying.

But not right away.

So Jack turns on the radio the camera is looking at him, he is sitting on the side of the bed with the radio on a end table between the two beds,  As the music starts he looks down at the ground, his hands go to the sides of his head and he smooths his hair, with both hands like men do as he is looking down feeling helpless.

As the camera lifts we see Jill rocking Jessica in her arms, feeling her pain, as Jessica sobs softly in her mothers arms.
We see a messy motel room, with laundry on the floor.
As we lift through the roof Itzhak plays, and visions of the survivors of the holocaust come to mind in people who recognize the song. And all the years of suffering.
So those who don't know where the music comes from it is still very sad music.
If for any reason like we should remember not to make controversial cultural references, then we could use Exodus, and once again slap them in the face with a wet fish, but it is also from a similar film.

It is very common for a film to use a snippet of another films theme music to set a mood however it is called temp love.

"Temp tracks are often pulled from massive, successful movies. Placing a sweeping, epic theme from a movie like Inception or Gladiator onto a smaller, independent film can create a false sense of drama. The music might feel too big, unearned, or emotionally manipulative for the actual scenes being shown."

So is it necessary?

No, it is not. And it is a cultural reference and what did I say in thread one?

And avoid anything to do with a controversial culture race creed or color.

RUN AWAY FROM IT!

Don't get sucked in.
Any sad violin music will do the same thing.
We just hit the mom, the dad, and the daughter, the sons out there might feel some sympathy or empathy, but John is whistling on his way to work.

For profoundly sad violin music written by history's greatest classical composers, these five legendary masterpieces stand out for their raw emotional weight:

Here I wrote music played it on a midi site made a video and this is proof of concept

So I did the scene as a proof of concept using the music, added Golden Slumbers and just had a woman read the script.

So this is not what the film would look like, I just whipped this up myself, but you could hand this to the director and say like this only with the acting not the reading .

Yeah so like that only different.
The music I wrote I wouldn't use I would merely find something similar done by a professional that is free to use.
The film itself would also need to be done professionally using the A.I. system that the film is being done with.
Depending on your director it could be used instead of a story board.
That is one minute of film.
So it could also be used to make your story board.
You can see however how nicely the Golden Slumbers fits if you do not include where it gets loud.
Unless you have already zoomed out of the building by then.
But if you cannot get that song, then you can just go with orchestration.

It is a very important part of the film so it is worth looking at it carefully.
I can do another one with golden slumbers but if she is not talking while it zooms out you will trigger a copyright infringement.

So now with some music I wrote using a synthesizer and a keyboard eat your heart out strawberry...lol

and the video stayed the same see it here in youtube

The skills you need just to do that chances are you do not have.
The software for the synth is called cakewalk... there is a huge learning curve.
PLUS you need to be able to play keyboards.
And you need to have one and you need to connect it to your computer.
And you need all that to work just to get your own music and you need some talent.

So then the image frames I got 2 images from google A.I. used Daz3D to make two sets of frames one for each stretch of video.
Then I used my own software that I wrote myself to make the transition between the two sets of frames.

Then I needed to use the command line in Windows 11 to create a video MP4 that combined the numbered frames into an MP4.
Then I used an online Text to Voice service and had to use snippit to record the voice since it wanted me to pay before I could save it and sign up for a monthly service and this was a one time example thing so I recorded her talking.

Had to strip the audio from the video again on the command line in Windows 11.
I had to download Golden Slumbers video from youtube.
Again strip the audio from the Mp4 on the command line.
Then used Audacity software to change the volumes, do fade ins and compile the various audio pieces.

So then I had an MP4 and an MP3 and I launched Windows 11 ClipChamp, and gave it both pieces to put together into an Mp4.
And then uploaded it to youtube.

Using the command line is necessary to avoid all the BS that you run into with modern software that is trying to get you to sign up for subscription service to every single thing.
So use your A.I. and it can give you the command line text to use to get the job done.
Once you have that it takes seconds compared to maybe an hour fussing with some so called free service.
The online midi service is almost useless but if you don't have a keyboard well you can try to use it with a mouse.

Still who is to say that that is the right music the second time. It is better than the first but maybe there is better music out there.

I am not going to go looking but here is an example of a free song for different uses Born To be Wasted
that gives you an example of a good free song for jets.

So this is where we are in the script...

Act II
Scene 10: Clack
roll em

It is Saturday morning and John is off to work. It takes him about half an hour to walk there.

He passes the gas station and sees a motorcycle outside the gas station with a sign on it for sale, $300.

Jill goes over to Jessica  what's wrong sweetheart?

Jessica is there looking forlorn like a ragamuffin.

Crying softly to herself.

Jessica: I'm sooo lonely. She says not raising her head.

Jill : Oh you poor thing…

Her mom moves over to where she is and lifts her into her lap and hugs her, and starts to rock her.

a song comes on the radio...

Once there was a way, to get back homeward,

The camera zooms out of the motel through the roof and provides an aerial view of the area.

Then fades to the next scene.

So again here are the two images that the A.I. was able to give me using nano banana2
and you can see that by using the same A.I. he managed to pull the characters out of the first image he gave me.
So that we have a consistent set of images...
This was the image he gave me so I had to use my own graphic software that I wrote to strip the text out.
I left the text in the top right since it wasn't important in the field of view but you can see it in the video.
And the bottom text I left as well, and I had to use a special algorithm only existing in my own software,
to darken the scene the way mother nature does it, not the way allllll graphic software other than mine does.
And I can show you the difference after this post....

The first image of them packing from home...

Them in the motel room after John has left for work on a Saturday where Jack is not working that day.
And Jessica tells her mom she is soo lonely.

Notice nano banana2 is leaving a logo on the bottom right.
But it all helps to visualize your story as you write it.

So look at this video again,

And imagine I put more care and attention into it, and got the subscription for the woman who reads the story.
THEN I still need to change her inflection to suit the story, and that will take you a couple months to learn how to do
that since it is a script language and I learned how to do that but didn't bother to do it for this example.

However Jessica needs to be a little girl and she needs to say her lines like an actress. That is not easy to do and could take you all day.

You could have a voice for each character and use the proper voice in the story for the script and just show images while they read their lines.
And fade to another still between scenes.
And then sell advertising in youtube between acts.
And you would make a bunch of money maybe $30,000 per month if you got enough views and subscribers.
And you had the talent as a writer and you could use the software I used today and you could write your own music
or find free license music for your story.
This type of thing is very popular in youtube.

But here and now we are looking at Cannes and what it would take to get an indie film into Cannes.
If you were doing this solo and had all the talent you needed you could do a short film and get it into Cannes THEN you could get a studio to do the sequel. If your short was successful.

So you see when you format it like a script and you do this
Sandra: John what's that on your collar?

You notice that when you try to read that it is difficult to read.
When before anyone says anything you need to put their name and a colon:
In this forum, you cannot go back and edit what you wrote once you post it.

So do you use google docs?
Try it you will get bothered every second word, and there will be popups under your cursor blocking the text, you will get suggestions for your grammar if you are trying to sound like a cowboy forget it people are supposed to use proper English,
and hence so much for stream of consciousness style writing or even getting it down on paper before you forget.

So do you know where I did it properly?'
Day one, when I wrote it assuming you know who is talking and telling you who is talking and not using colons.
Then you can just fly right into it immerse yourself in the story.

Leave spaces lots of room short paragraphs or if need be just keep going in short sentences as people talk in normal dialog.

Like this...

they are having a picnic by the river on the grass. Laying on their back on the grass looking at clouds, finding animals in the clouds, and they see one that looks too real.
Look at that one. It looks like an elephant.
John takes out his smart phone and takes a photo.
Sandra asks what's that?
My smart phone.
What's a smart phone.
And all of a sudden he realizes he just got busted.
Let me see?
Its nothing let me SEE.
So now he shows her the phone.
How does it work?
And so now she is looking at him different.
All of a sudden he has to decide if he should tell her.
Tell me!
You will think I'm crazy.
I will not.
Do you know what a time slip is?
Yeah I think so, there was a guy who they found in Paris I think he was earing clothes from the war something like that?
Yeah something like that.
That happened to us, my family, when we met.
OMG, OMG.
Where are you from?
2026.
2026???
OMG.
You are making that up.
No it really happened, but I am not supposed to tell anyone.
OMG.
What are you going to do?
I don't know.
They lay back down on the grass and he has his arm around her.

like that see how easy that is to read?
And you and I had no trouble figuring out who said what.
Normally the A.I. only needs that but double check because he might attribute what was said to the wrong person.
You can always paste it into google docs after you have written it and clean it up then.
So that when you write only the spell checker is there and it is red, but anything spelled properly will not be found if it is the wrong word and I type fast and often spell the same things wrong or miss things typing so fast. sing instead of song because the o is right beside the i. So reading it can be annoying when you see typos, but you need to get the stream of consciounsess working.
You need to be there in your mind and not distracted by your grammar teacher every time you write two words.
