Thank you for your speedy reply.
Two orders were delivered previously to this address since the address 106-788 Dominion Rd. Victoria B.C. means 106 is an apartment and you know they have buzzers that you press then the apartment dweller answers the phone, and presses a button, and the door will open.
Any delivery person who does not know that should not be an employee.
So twice they did that, I answered the buzzer opened the door, and on the second order just to be sure I responded to their email where they said that they had attempted a delivery and they did not, I was here the entire time, so I added instructions on their site.
They delivered it the next day.
So this time I responded to do the same enter instructions again on their site, it would not take the instructions on their web site.
Then they notified me it had been delivered and no door bell.
I was here the whole time.
So this company Dragonfly is notorious for upsetting customers and no doubt have cost honest business people like yourself many customers in the past. Dealing with online orders of hundreds of dollars requires absolute security with deliveries from reputable companies.
I am almost 70 with a hernia, asthma and a sore throat and cannot run up and down the stairs or search the neighborhood for my order. I am sure you can understand that and also understand that I should not need to do that given the system of ring the buzzer the door will be opened.
Like all apartment buildings and that would show up on any google map service used by delivery drivers, where it is, what it is.
So here you see it all says fly by night delivery service that you are using and they will not answer the phone, the number they give you if your package is not delivered or incorrectly delivered..
They say due to a recent event we are unable to answer our phones.
So all this adds up to stress for you and for me, so I appreciate your effort in resolving this and look forward to my honey delivery arriving. I don't care about the spoon.
Thanks again.
Sincerely
Rick Sobie.

Hello Rick,
Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this concern to our attention.
We're very sorry to hear that your honey hasn't reached you yet, despite being marked as delivered. We understand this can be quite concerning, and please know that we are fully committed to resolving this for you.
We've reviewed the shipping details for your order #95694 with tracking link INTLCMH383163695, and the package was indeed marked as delivered on December 4th to the address below.
106-788 Dominion Rd.Victoria BC V9A 4E6Canada
Before we initiate a formal investigation, may you please confirm if the address we have on file is your correct shipping address? Additionally, we kindly ask if you could perform a few quick checks:
- Check with Household Members/Neighbours: Occasionally, packages are left with someone else in the household or a trusted neighbour for safekeeping.
- Look for a Safe Location: The delivery driver might have placed the package in a less obvious, secure spot around your property (e.g., a side door, behind a planter).
- Allow a Little More Time: In some instances, carriers may mark an item as delivered a day or so before its actual arrival. Parcels often appear within 24 to 48 hours of this initial scan.
If your honey still hasn't arrived after performing these checks and allowing up to 48 hours, please do let us know. We will then promptly work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate its whereabouts.
Furthermore, your Manuka honey was fulfilled through a separate shipping partner, which is why you may have noticed that the accompanying spoon was delivered separately. Here's your tracking number for your reference: PG7288084932CA
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this situation has caused and appreciate your cooperation as we work to resolve it.
Kind Regards,Joanna | Customer Care Specialist
