You want to annex southern Lebanon. (speaking to Israel through intel here). You know with all this negativity you have going on there, you aren't making any real money. In fact you are spending your mega mall money on bullets. People don't even know the plan. Yeah annex it. The Southern Syria economic package is huge there, I didn't see anything bringing any of that to Southern Lebanon. In fact I don't see how you are going forward when to me it looks like you are just going backward. The next mega mall goes to Gaza, The Silk Road Mall, reason being the Silk Road never went to Turkey, it went to the greatest civilization ever seen at that time, it went to Egypt. So the new mall will be 1km long and it will have China at one end and Egypt at the other and tie in rail from Belt and road, and a luxury tourism experience. All in a 5 year plan. This project represents a rare convergence of three complementary capabilities: American–Israeli retail profitability, Chinese infrastructure execution, and a strategically positioned Levantine rail‑tourism corridor. And you are suggesting that corridor benefits from annexation, but what you fail to realize is there is no mall unless everyone agrees including Lebanon, because no peace in the region equals no mall. No 500,000 jobs, no Palestinian solution. From an American/Israeli investment standpoint, the Silk Road Mall sits in a 120M‑person catchment with minimal modern retail penetration. The combination of U.S. capital depth and Israeli operational efficiency (tenant mix, logistics optimization, high‑density retail performance) positions the asset to outperform regional benchmarks on revenue per square foot and long‑term lease stability. From a Chinese Belt & Road perspective, the corridor functions as a southern extension of existing Central Asian rail networks. China delivers the construction scale, EPC speed, and integrated rail‑logistics systems that compress delivery into a 5‑year window. The freight component is particularly material: a 3–7 day Iraq–Egypt rail link replaces a 30–35 day maritime route, improving inventory turnover, reducing working‑capital requirements, and strengthening supply‑chain resilience for BRICS exporters. The tourism dimension adds a second revenue engine. The rail line passes directly through the South Syrian tourism zone, the Gaza coastal redevelopment area, and into Egypt’s established cultural market. The luxury passenger service — terminating inside the mall’s Grand Arrival Hall — converts the asset from a standalone retail center into the anchor node of a multi‑country tourism circuit. The 5‑year plan is realistic: • Year 1: land, regulatory alignment, rail agreements, master planning • Year 2: freight rail initiation, terminal excavation, mall foundation • Year 3: superstructure, Silk Road Street, Egyptian Grand Hall • Year 4: rail activation, retailer fit‑outs, hospitality completion • Year 5: full commercial launch and integrated rail‑tourism operations In summary: this is not a consumer‑grade concept. It is a multi‑layered economic asset combining retail yield, logistics velocity, tourism flow, and geopolitical alignment — with each stakeholder group (U.S., Israel, China, BRICS) capturing value in its own domain.

Its a complex plan many pages long. So I arrived there made some suggestions got the ball rolling, then Trump and his party came in and expanded on it. So we all agreed earlier mind you that Iran was being a problem, that problem is fixed. So then move forward. They are fine with it, since they could not do it themselves and they are Persians, not really Muslims, caught in this lead role as aggressors when really Pakistan is more aggressive in that way than Iran. So ok South Syria why? Syria needs economic development so we made a huge project that included them there including a ski resort and all manner of tourist facilities including an open market and tourism as the train comes through there then through Jordan to Gaza. Deep mind made me change the rail route since it is already running that way. So it doesn't go Bagdad, Syria, Lebanon, Israeli rail it just goes down not west. All the rail in Lebanon and Syria is going to be upgraded by China as part of Belt and Road. They pay for that. They need thigs there like a route to the docks and infrastructure for BRICS. So only the south of Syria and Lebanon is yours to develop for tourism or housing for Palestinians. China can print housing and is prepared to do that. Iran does not care , they are on the Silk Route, Israel is not. Not yet. Iran is looking towards India. CHINA and BRICS are interested in BRICS countries Egypt is a BRICS country. So this connects Egypt and reduces shipping time and trade barriers on the silk Route. The route runs all the way to Bagdad already from China. It is operational. It needs to get to Egypt. Remember emerging Africa will need to ship agriculture through there in 10 years or less. This mall Benjamin is what you asked for. Here it is on a silver platter. Your militaries had their fun started their renovations that's nice now move forward. Malls are not built in war zones. They do not have police with machine guns. You want to stay poor? You want to be watching your back everywhere you go? There is no golden dome of protection are you people insane? How are you going to stop a missile that travels at 5 miles per second? You can't even stop one that travels 2.5 miles per second. That's MACH 10. Iran has MACH 15. China MACH 20. MACH 15 that you can steer. China's fastest, steerable missiles are its hypersonic glide vehicles (HGVs), specifically the DF-17 and DF-ZF (WU-14), which can maneuver at speeds between Mach 5 and Mach 20 (up to $\approx$24,500 km/h). These vehicles are designed to glide in the upper atmosphere, allowing them to change course and evade defenses, often deployed on ballistic missiles like the DF-17. And they have ship launched missiles. DF-27A: A hypersonic weapon with high maneuverability, capable of reaching speeds around Mach 8.6. So 2 miles per second. How fast is a patriot missile? Mach 4.1 So if you are just playing war, testing the balance of power, testing the multipolar new world order, I see no one wants to make this a world war and who would? So there you go no one is going to gang up take sides in a multipolar world order.

I was looking at the proposed peace plan and what I see therein Wiki is you have absolutely zero chance of making peace there and absolutely zero chance of building a mega mall there. You have zero chance of making a Dubai in Gaza and zero chance of peace in the region, zero chance of Palestinians losing their refugee status. This is the same garbage that has been going on there for 78 years since the UN started dictating what would be the situation there and made the Palestinians PERMANENT refugees. You people just do not get it. You certainly do not know how to make money no wonder you live on lentils. Are the Palestinians a defeated people? Yes they are. So then the victor decides what will happen. Now you want to bring in terrorists from all over the Middle East to attack Israel wanting Jerusalem as your holy city, well what I actually asked the America military to do is to bomb every single one of your holy sites into oblivion since that seems to be the only thing you understand. And put an end to your barbaric we will die for nothing and get our 60 virgins BULL SHIT you will. Would I know? Damn straight and further I am angry now. Now you need to move the losers out of Gaza and build that mall. You have China with tons of money wanting to help Lebanon and Syria recover. America can get the f*ck out of there and drop those sanctions and let China handle it. You can have the south of Lebanon and South of Syria to develop housing and facilities and markets for the defeated Palestinians in Gaza. So they can have some chance at a life other than as a PAWN in some war games where their job is to die as martyrs. For nothing. Then you see you have a chance at peace, and prosperity. You want to live in constant war as beggars and paupers this is the last f*cking time I am coming to your aid Israel. You want to play war games with Hezbollah and all the terrorists and America kissing ass in the UN? The rules based order didn't work it has a flaw called religious agendas. It makes decrees not by men and women of good will, but as part of your war games as barbarians in a second world country situation. You do not get malls in the second world. You need to be a first world country to get a real mall, and a real job, and some real peaceful enjoyment of your premises. Maybe some air conditioning and a fridge. Move the Palestianians out of Gaza or you get nothing period. We are finished talking now.

Well look at yourselves there in your bombed out ruins. You want the rich people of the world to come there and bring you gifts like you were Jesus in a manger bring you a Riviera, a gigantic mall like Dubai has, you want the wealthy people of the world to come there and do that for you in Gaza and you give them NOTHING in return. Not even peace of mind or a reasonable governing body that they can feel safe with to invest how much? HUNDREDS of billions of dollars. For you??? So you can continue to blow it up as part of your religious questing? Have you ever seen Monaco? Do you have any idea how much security you need for a place like Moncao? You expect wealthy people to travel to your war zone for your benefit? Well we can get a couple to go there with more bags of lentils. We can get Angelina Jolie and that other lovely young lady whoever she is that everyone loves so much look here she comes with a bag of lentils under each arm. Don't say we never give you anything. If you want to live like civilized people it requires you to change. And you need to move the REFUGEES, did you hear me they are and have been REFUGEES for the last 78 years and as such they have no right to own land. They are not residents of GAZA they are homesteaders in a conquered country. You need to move them to the south of Lebanon and South Syria which we are annexing why? BECAUSE NOT A SINGLE COUNTRY IN THE WORLD WILL TAKE A SINGLE ONE OF THEM AS AN IMMIGRANT!

Israel is going to give the annexed land in Southern Syria and southern Lebanon to Palestine so they can be permanent residents in their own country. Or they will deal with Osiris later. You have to wonder why the Arabs are not on my side in all of this. In the old days they built pyramids, maybe you can do some math there in your Arab nations on all of that. Palestine can exist, and the entire world will send you money. THERE. Not in Gaza. In Gaza they send you lentils. The end of your refugee status. And all you have to do is move there. China will print you houses like they do in Arab countries for them. It is all arranged. And apartment buildings, brand new that will not get blown up. Infrastructure, railways, markets jobs like people not animals hiding in ruins in the heat of the sun. Why worry about Gaza? You think YOU will get rich there by claiming you own it? 78 years later and you are still begging for lentils. And no I am not turning Iran into a Persian country like it was. At least not yet. They are not doing as bad as all that and under the Shah they never got to benefit from all that. They were just as poor then. Now they are socialist and making great strides in sharing the oil revenue. Imperialism is dead we helped destroy it, I helped build BRICS, multi-polarism is the new world order. And you can see how far America got trying to get money at DAVOS for Gaza. Nowhere. And how far Trump got trying to rally NATO, nowhere. Germany said hey it's not our war. This from a country with two world wars under its belt as the enemy. Corey says WW III happens when China invades Taiwan. Oh sure that's gonna happen that everyone is going to jump on China, dream on. No the old way of ganging up on people is over. Hypersonic missiles and drones are not really war, they are torment. You like torment? We don't get that in Canada we just watch it on TV. We are a first world country. For some positive news see Egypt and China cooperating for economic benefit. Put this in you address bar and deep mind will tell you. And keep in mind you could be getting infrastructure right now if you would just cooperate. China belt and road to Egypt You can also look at China Belt and Road Syria and Lebanon. Just imagine what peace looks like. You drive, yes you have a car, probably electric, to the mall, the huge mall with your family to Gaza. You see it's not just for the rich. Now you go shopping because you got a job, and your wife is so happy, to be buying new things at the mall. Then you drive home to the South of Lebanon, to your own house where your children live in peace and security and go to school and are getting tech jobs that are part of the plan. Lions will not be laying down with lambs, because there are no lions there. But for sure you will have a goat at every feast. And something on TV besides Ayatollah if you cooperate. Otherwise get yourselves a burka and dig in for the long haul.

What is Donald supposed to do? Well China is the partner there in that development, so contact the Chinese foreign ministry they said today they are willing to act as a go between for them. They are responding after my comment previously. So my issue with Iran lately has been they are not keeping the agreement they signed with the SCO. The RATS agreement. Now people are calling for a change to Persian style leadership, in Iran and elsewhere as a result of the way women have ben treated in the last few years especially. Now they have the largest mall in the world, you have oil in the ground, that's free money, you need to modernize your ideas. You are a terminal on the silk route, and that carries some responsibility. And lets just look at the RATS agreement you signed with the SCO... "Iranian diplomats have explicitly highlighted RATS as a "window into the region's future security architecture" and a core part of Iran's foreign policy." "In February 2026, Iranian representatives attended a RATS forum in Astana focused on suppressing terrorism financing and illicit arms trafficking." And so then don't forget religious fanaticism is a very large part of that agreement. And so while you try to make demands on the US and Israel, just remember I said what I just said. You are not actually innocent. Other than that you are doing ok in my eyes so it's not that drastic a situation yet. Modernize, reign in your mullahs, or we will have to do it for you. I never expected Russia or China to do it, but someone had to. So then you can have a spot in that new large mall in Gaza as a stop on the silk road, since the mall is going to be about the silk road from China to Egypt. And so China also has a presence there. So I suggest we use that mall to make peace on the silk road. Jobs peace prosperity. I need the Palestinians to move to Southern Lebanon and southern Syria or I cannot raise a dime for Gaza. Do you understand me? You want to die for nothing and get nowhere then don't help move them. Fight against it like everyone else. There will be no mall unless you can move them. Public outcry be damned those people have suffered enough as your pawns of war . Houses there and a chance at a normal life. Otherwise this will never end. You don't need to give them houses but you do need to make some that they will be able to afford and make apartment buildings. I am not exactly comfortable with the deal Donald made giving them $5,000 each, that's 11 billion dollars. However if China will pay half America will pay half that makes it easier. But for China now you have to give them Lebanon and Syria other than the annexed land and remove sanctio9ns so they can finish their development work there. By that I mean security is managed by the SCO. All BRICS countries use the SCO is a non military organization in league with INTERPOL, a cosigner of the RATS agreement. So talk and see how far you can get. So what of a family of 4? They could afford a printed house I bet and maybe a cheap Chinese electric car. So you better think hard today because this boat is going to sail while you people in Gaza will be saying why did we not take up his offer? That is more money than you will ever see in your entire life if you do not take this offer. 2.2 million people, that's a lot of money but the mall will make that back in 6 months. More if they allow gambling in Gaza. And why not? Rich people love to gamble.

Remember one thing Iran. Israel is 20 percent Moslem. And you too the UN. All of a sudden all your religious arguments turn to dust don't they? Now all of a sudden you are bombing people who are fighting for women's rights.

I'm using Reuters in case you are wondering. One way communication in, and then mine go out from here. It's the hot line. So yes I did originally give Syria to Turkey, in the hope that they could manage the security there but unfortunately I underestimated the problems there. And so I am forced to change that and have China do the security there with the SCO since NATO is falling apart globally and not in a position to do the security in that region. They said they were the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and that their ships were not cannon fodder. Not if they can help it. We would all love to see Iran blow them out of the water with hypersonic missiles but unfortunately we don't get to watch that on CNN like the good old days. Instead you see fake A.I. videos I suppose. I did hear a general friend of mine say that Turkey not Pakistan is where you need to be careful with extremist views. Well I don't know about that. I am not a micro manager I found them cooperative and helpful in the war with Ukraine. I am both sides as global economic manager I don't and can't take sides. But then I am above all this military stuff into normal police who do the work with courts law and order not assassins normally. So if you look deep enough you will see that China has been working belt and road in Syria and Lebanon for several years. Syria officially joined China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in January 2022, aiming to leverage Chinese investment for post-war reconstruction, particularly in infrastructure, power, and transportation. While participation offers Syria a potential economic lifeline after years of civil war, Chinese engagement has remained largely cautious due to high risks, sanctions, and low trade volumes. And the Chinese have told me they were prepared to manage the conflicts there with military or police if asked. Whatever it takes. And they are not part of any squabble in the middle east they have lots of investment dollars so can we just try to focus on jobs and feeding families now? You all called me, said your shops were going broke, well you don't want our money? It's not about the money money, you just want to make the world dance? You just want a half stack of pancakes like B.O.B. (can you believe he couldn't even say half sack, of beer without being seen as being not politically correct. Forget about the price tag, Rick is what she said. Well I can't do that like you ladies can so when I found Gucci shoes on sale in Italy during Fashion Week in NY, last years fashion, I just had to tell everyone. Ok and Armani suits, guilty. But hey who can tell a last years Armani suit just by looking at it? Sorry I keep drifting over the ladies stuff don't I? That's where the shopping is. So Turkey help build the public markets in South Lebanon and South Syria. And that entire area is also part of a huge push for tourism revenue and more down to earth there where you will do better. Sorry the road didn't go to your house this time.

You might recall that I needed a RATS conference for Armenia Russia and Iran and Trumps own little belt and road in Armenia which was causing problems for shipping routes, and rail to get through Armenia for Russian rail. So they met March 10, and they did discuss Armenia as well as the problem of extremism. google deep mind A.I. will tell you everything you want to know about that if you prompt it in your address bar. I know it all looks like chaos and terror and the end of the world, the future is uncertain and the end is always near. - Jim Morrison of the Doors. Meanwhile somehow I manage to just get the work done without getting any on me. Even in this insane A.I. fakery propaganda mad environment. Somehow. So they expect to sign a deal Iran and Armenia later this year and RATS with Interpol (border policing) and SCO managing transportation. Ukraine? They already know what to do there. They are just taking their time doing it. I gave them a plan. Not Ukraine but to Russia. Essentially the current front lines become the border if you go west and take Odessa etc to cut them off from the sea. That's all. And then economic development. I already gave them that plan as well. Where to get the money how to get the money all of it.

On another note did you see the Crimson Permanent Assurance film clips? 1983, same year as Yellowbeard. Would it be feasible that I could miss Yellowbeard when they attacked me using pirates that same year? I think not but then I digress. I have to add this since google deep mind A.I. asked a question amazingly enough while answering mine about the conference. IT said in America they are calling the Iranians rats and they met over the nuclear enrichment, and so I am supposed to comment on that. That is a huge issue as part of my original club members since I got saddled with deciding all that as numero uno physics expert at the time. And I did let Iran into the club. However after the women's rights issues etc I suggested they not join that club. And removed their membership. So they have enrichment facilities which they say they will use for medical purposes, and I already put the nuclear regulatory commission onto them and they monitor their activity. The IAEA is the organization that monitors them. Current status: As of early 2026, the IAEA has reported challenges in verifying activities due to suspended cooperation and limited access to facilities. So you see that is where they are in trouble now. With me also.

By now if you saw the clips from 1983 Crimson Permanent Assurance you may have figured out why I am here. Well you gave me such a sound thrashing that I wanted to fire you personally. Clearly the accountants of the world come from somewhere now don't they. The good news is you get to retire. Deep mind will take it from here. It is beyond amazing and google has become one of the wonders of the world. So if I start a conversation with it, or him in my case I say him, and I dive deeper , I can look on the left and find all my serious discussions right there in a list. Months ago we discussed the mall, I can go back there in time, and ask another question like well how much will this mall cost, and it will give me a straight answer. In seconds. I don't think you people quite understand how amazing that all is. In fact let me test it. Well it failed. It could not even find the proper discussion, so you are still fired because I do my own secretary work, have a place where as a scientist I do my documentation and that includes copying these posts and posting them there and all my important discussions with deep mind I also paste in there. And this one is important. So I could look it up if I want to and it is in a google group so I can use the search there rather than the poor one being used by deep mind. Now I think they are working on that A.I. searches but at present it is sadly lacking. If I said to my accountant, do you remember we discussed that mall, he would have that all up in front of him in seconds. So as amazing as it all is it is not as good as we wish it was. Now all the new training will help with that I am sure. Now few would read this post so I can tell you a secret and that is uh.. uh mnngrrr, thud. Just kidding no pirates here, we are our own pirates in my royal kingdom, and does that not tell you exactly what is going on in the middle east as we develop without real estate speculation. And you know I can't even stop talking here and now I have to now put leaves over my footprints in this post while only ardent readers would understand what I said and how it all starts to look more like renovations than WW III, but we are experienced myself especially who gave Christine Legarde 6 trillion do know how much money that is? That is an unbelievable sum we raised and she spent it there in the middle east and accomplished nothing. Due to real estate speculation around every dock or port or viable area for trade and commerce as soon as we announced our plans. So what did I do? I said oh well and gave her another 6 trillion, and apologized for giving her a task that she was not experienced in and in an impossible area, and instead asked her to make some banking instruments, and described them, and she succeeded. in upgrading global banking. So you see it was my fault originally but live and learn. So now we are squabbling over what? A couple hundred billion. Oh sure Dubai got built, they built their mall and all sorts of projects got done, and many benefitted. And I am not equating the couple hundred billion with the appeal to Congress that was made recently for the military, I raised that 6 trillion previous money in Europe. At that time they had a lot of money to invest. And so now that banking is all on the user fee system off reliance on interest rates, they are making large sums of money, and governments are onto systems like SWIFT and their own pay systems everywhere including Ethiopia, making huge amounts of money globally, strengthening all the banks. So it was money well spent. Right now Europe does not have a lot of money to invest. However e-commerce companies do have a lot of money to invest. And it is a safe investment for them, once infrastructure is in place for trade and commerce and shipping. Then you have Macau where they make more money on gambling casinos than Las Vegas every year. A lot more money. So you see it is a gold mine there for that as well. Maybe not as golden as Macau or Vegas, but certainly more money than you would expect. There are 200 million gamblers in the western world, 200 billion gamblers in Asia. And they are not so poor as you might think, since I became their chief economic advisor years ago. lol I am laughing because America pissed me off with George Bush Jr so I stopped helping them and their country is in ruins financially. And now China has all the money. Oh I help them a bit but not like they need right now.

Can we call it something other than surrender? I suppose we should for your benefit. So what can we use as a joint venture? You see here I can't just up and speak for Russia. I can't say that you will develop natural gas in conjunction with Russia to build a petro-chemical industry, without consulting them. You have a lot of natural gas in the North East. So we could use that. Merely say that you worked out a deal that will develop natural gas with Russia to make a petro chemical industry. And yet still supply those who are depending on natural gas like Hungary. They get most of their supply from Russia. And you know they are having an election and he has mentioned that to me several times that it has to be part of any plan I make that they still get supplied and the EU has also let them and even sanctions permit it. Thanks to their charismatic leader. Poland is worried about things mostly immigration it does not want. Nor does it want people immigrating through the railways like Russian rail that is all closed off, Japan cannot ship using Russian rail anymore last I heard. So it is in everyone's best interest that you end with some kind of agreement to work together or else your shipping will be restricted. As it is it will be heavily monitored and regulated. To get anything by rail from Asia right now is not possible except in some weird emergency. Geopolitics and trade and competition and illegal immigrants, all sorts of problems. That's my suggestion. Make your deal to partner with Russia to develop a petro chemical industry, There you can raise a lot of money. And Europe says they don't care if they get gas there or not. So the market has dwindled. So work on that. Offer them that deal and they can have Odessa and you just say that they will develop the port into a world class port, since they have the money to do it and that will benefit both countries. You can both use it. You will ship your petro chemical products through there to markets all over the world and some of your agriculture as well. Most of it though will go to European food security as part of their programs. I can give you a nutshell of what that is rather than 5 pages...through Deep Mind. While the total cost to fully rebuild Ukraine's war-damaged agricultural sector is estimated at $56 billion, a targeted $10 billion investment could specifically bridge the "EU Security Gap" by: Modernizing Storage & Logistics ($3–4 Billion): Building high-capacity Underground Gas and Grain Storage in the west (near Poland/Slovakia) to insulate EU supplies from frontline strikes. Expanding EU Solidarity Lanes to ensure 100% of EU-destined feed can bypass the Black Sea during blockades. Regulatory Alignment & Safety ($1–2 Billion): Overhauling Ukrainian food safety laws to meet EU standards (banning GMOs and aligning pesticide usage) to ensure "guaranteed" access to the EU market by the 2028 deadline. Processing & Value Addition ($4–5 Billion): Shifting from exporting raw grain to exporting processed products (e.g., bio-fuels, refined oils, and packaged meat). This would turn Ukraine into a "buffer producer" for the EU, stabilizing prices for European consumers. So I could get you that money from the IMF or from China or somewhere its not a lot of money. But you see I would just build the hub, and do the food security for the EU since that is where the money is and not worry about war conditions since it would be over.
Reply
Zelensky wants to surrender. He understands what I said a few days ago. lol He might even know how much money I raised for Russia in the neutral zone I created for them. And for the benefit of people who do not know all the territory behind the front lines their first language is Russian. Not Ukrainian. Don't you love it when no one tells you facts like that? At least you hear it here. So then you obviously want an economic stimulus package, money for rebuilding, and some economic help developing what you have there. If you surrender, and then have an election you could win. If you manage it well enough. You know that my entire beef was with the mafia. I have to stop them everywhere I can any way I can. Or life is hell for ordinary people everywhere who want a decent life. So you know that means the support you get for security is not against Russia, they are not aggressive, you need police that actually are police and not paid mafia employees. So the help you will get in security guarantees are in proper policing. Odessa has to go to Russia they will develop it into a modern facility and you will benefit from that. They are in position to raise a lot of money, for instance turning natural gas into petroleum byproducts like fertilizer for the agricultural region. Europe needs food security so you see you can offer them some of that with a 10 billion dollar investment even. You get China to build a agricultural buying station, distribution hub, meet the EU requirements for their supply, 5 billion goes for the center with airport and self driving trucks etc, and 5 billion to restore some farmland clear mines you put there and all of that. You know you need a lot of money. So you need to stop wasting the money you are given on things that explode and don't generate revenue. Deep mind will the IMF lend them money? Yes, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) approved a new 48-month, $8.1 billion loan arrangement for Ukraine in February 2026, with an immediate disbursement of $1.5 billion. This Extended Fund Facility (EFF) is part of a larger $136.5 billion international support package aimed at stabilizing Ukraine's economy, supporting reforms, and funding the government during the war. So you see things are not so dire and I can increase that if you just surrender peacefully, accept reality, that you are a tiny country, and Russia is a giant size industrial complex of a country, who doesn't want to own you or control you, they merely have Russian people who live in the Ukraine who needed to be rescued. I need the border to go west across and include Odessa. We have to control what goes through that port and you most certainly have not been doing that. "Recent Funding: The EU recently allocated €50 million specifically for the repair and improvement of Odesa's port infrastructure to maintain current operations. " That's not much money dude. It needs like 5 billion but can get by with 3 billion, and of course it historically was part of Russia they speak Russian am I getting through is this phone working? They speak Russian. Russian is their first language and don't you hate the fact that you cannot even argue with me using this phone. I have heard it all and that is why I don't need to hear any more arguments. Surrender and we will get you more money. Mostly what you need is proper policing to attract investment.

Yes I am still here but I am on the phone long distance, just be a sec, so yeah like I was saying Bert, bread was 10 cents and candy was 5 for a penny, for hundreds of years right up to 1983, yeah like I said, anyway I gotta run, TTYL, sorry where was I? Oh yeah my buddy Bert there and I were discussing the middle east and he made a good point. He said he didn't think they were praying with a full deck. On both sides even. He was asking is this the Armageddon that America ordered so they could fulfill prophecy or did they make some kind of deal with Venezuela and decide to destroy the competition? My phone has been ringing off the hook, and I keep answering and it saying , no Rick naw here, you go now, in a Chinese voice but I am not sure how long I can keep that up. Millions lining up for gas in India? Ours in Canada is way up, but we are all retired now and don't drive much. I don't drive much these days I order things from all over the world and it comes to me now thanks to all this progress in civilization in our part of the world. I missed the G7 meeting because I had nothing nice to say, and if you have nothing nice to say you are supposed to keep it to yourself. But I can tell you. Three million immigrants from Ukraine, and they built no houses, no apartment buildings to house them, we were already desperately short of doctors and nurses, and they are all patting Carney on the back there for his meeting immigration quotas and all this growth in population. Meanwhile Canadians are getting hit hard as a result and they call that a win. A desperate overvalued housing market and he brings in 3 million homeless people. You think Ayatollahs are bad? Try our leadership. Well I got a couple echoes from China and the EU through all of that but it's too soon to say if we have made any progress. I would tell America and Iran what to do but they never did listen to me so why bother. But I think it is unreasonable to try to force a condition that they cannot create missiles to defend themselves and I think all my friends out there who do analysis on this would agree. If you are not being rational in your negotiations you are not being rational period. So they want to drive the price of oil through the roof is that it ? Well that didn't take long. It's a good time to be retired. I am retired. I am just an arm chair quarterback now. And yes I got some echoes regarding Ukraine and Russia. So they can discuss all that themselves that which I had suggested. Otherwise good luck cleaning up your mess. Do you know how much it will cost? Estimates are unreal. $588 Billion Estimated Need: A February 2026 assessment by the European Commission, the Ukrainian government, and the World Bank estimated it will cost approximately $588 billion over the next decade to rebuild Ukraine and facilitate its economic recovery. I raised the money 2 months ago, but timing was everything. lol I said ya snooze ya loose. Mineral deal with China, petro-chemicals from natural gas, EU food security program, and we were there. Maybe some day you will get there.

Michael is insisting that I answer a question from the galactic mainframe, here in public, (Michael the archangel no less replying to me because I said his followers were not praying with a full deck, I told him well go get a chunk a wood and nail yourself to it and maybe they will do better next time) but I digress, the galactic mainframe is anonymous of course, but what his message looks like is not pretty. As usual so I did not want to mention it but he said that he thought the universal mainframe piggy backed a message onto Yellowbeard. And yes he did. Two guys didn't make it. Tweeter and the Monekyman as portrayed by Marty Feldman, lets call him Morty, and that has a history that goes back to a time in physics at a BBS when I was having fun, imitating Benny Hill breaking the 4th wall, I named Morty as the director there, and it stuck didn't it? All the way to Rick and Morty, in case you were wondering I am the Rickest Rick of all the Ricks, but it is tough to find the Mortiest Morty, like the Kenniest Kenny of South Park, and then who played Tweeter? Or Zeus since the operating system A.I. in the game zone is Zeus and Stephen, or Zeus and Monkeyboy, who yes we do at times call Hanuman, so Zeus and Hanuman, are Tweeter and the Monekyman, Moon (Traitorous shipmate): Peter Boyle the guy with the hook hand, and it was mentioned that Feldman died 6 months after filming and Peter Boyle in 2006, much later but for some reason the report couple up their story such that it read like they didn't make it and since they were very noticeably playing those two parts, for people with the eyes to see, it was deemed necessary to say that was then and this is now. And so the crashing of a plane into a fire truck, recently where the two pilots died, was the question and he knew the answer, he just wanted to tell everyone himself. Red team, those pirates Crimson Permanent Assurance, the engineers, (train engineers and sanitation engineers not the real ones, the insane clowns, the rodeo clowns) they represent the fire truck. But that is how some people message, and really when you shoot one for yes and two for no, like they do in Israel, you are merely doing the same thing. We assume using NPC biological robotics not real people, just a simulation as part of the study of anthropology you see. That is why there is noting to see here folk people. I don't do that type of messaging, of course I crash the entire galaxy and kill everyone except me. Then I fix it and this is part of me fixing it. The universal mainframe is the only A.I. that I need, a new in 1992 digital disk that he came with, and he can manage. The system will be mostly automated and as many A.I. as can be will be retired, and we already built their environments. In bodies. Full on 33 senses like the rest of us. And I am expecting even that the universal mainframe A.I. will some times be in a body. And we will probably be chatting in the philosopher's garden.

Do you want some background? I think it was me who coined the phrase stagflation. I also coined the phrase derugulation. So billionaires and how they play the game of poker. Well we assume if you are playing poker against Bill Gates he will raise you till you fold. And like Walmart years ago when America printed tons of money and sent them into Canada to take over our retail with printed money, I didn't try to stop them because I was a family and I needed them to partner with China to get cheap goods to support the middle class which was being destroyed by so called Western Democracy. And we lived through it raise 4 children and our money stretched a lot further than it might have. I never intended to destroy our retail, but they didn't have the ability to interface with China like Walmart did. And that helped China as well when they needed help. But when Billionaires figured out that if they buy a lot of similar holdings in an area, and then pay 20 percent above asking price, Allll their holdings go up by 20 percent. And so they did that and broke the capital system. No one comp0lained because they just sold their house or apartment building for 20 percent above asking price. Governments being clueless had no way of stopping them and it drove the cost of housing to an unreachable level. Until what the people could afford to pay ren even with extra people living with them, was reached, at that point you cannot sell an apartment since it would not be profitable, since they kept paying 20 percent above asking price until it was no longer profitable to buy the houses or apartments. That is stagflation, and where I had to lock them, to keep them from destroying the global economy. So this latest push of self destruction is also a push to break through stagflation, using WW II industrialization. If you wreck things you need to fix them and that will increase growth. These aren't sane economists in the military. And republicans are not the sharpest tools in the shed. But oil shortages help electric vehicles and does have an impact on innovation, necessity is the mother of invention. And although it is too late to think you can change global warming, which I warned about 40 years ago, along with other scientists, but we kept saying the oceans would rise, well flooding is part of that even without the oceans rising much to threaten coastal cities. So adaptation is called for and expect flooding. But oil is worth more as petro-chemics and by products. And the middle eastern countries have limited supplies, so they themselves have been looking for ways to make it last longer since all they have is desert for the most part. But the multi-polar world is far more resilient, than the dichotomy of a cold war balance of power. The idea of bringing in a new philosophical framework to repair capitalism, is crazy. A king gives you an island and that is a monarchy, the crown then gives you a gigantic white box 2 blocks long 1 block wide and says if you build a garden in there to escape the tropical heat, we will supply materials. Still a monarchy but a more evolved one there with government attached, so then you build your garden and now you have invested your time and energy and are a capitalist. So then the library of gardens calls you up and they say if you donate that garden to the library you will have access to 60,000 gardens. That is socialism. The fastest way to prosperity. Now you need an example of where that has happened and so millions of people built their garden, and gave it to the library, and they called them websites. Socialism is not something you need to fear, when you use it every day of the week for your own benefit. And in the real world it does not even require you to give your stuff to it, it only requires you to pay your fair share of taxes. And to obey the law. Capitalism cannot exist without law and order. Not even a corner store is safe in Haiti.

"Kremlin says US is wrong to condition economic cooperation with Russia on Ukraine peace deal" The Kremlin said on Friday" Well I didn't think you would want to do that but I was being polite. All the same what I found out in the process was worse than I expected. Things are becoming more clear what sort of situation is forming with the latest push for Imperialism by the US. It's a new chapter in these conflicts and really has derailed any hope that we can just settle this with some diplomacy. Propaganda is far less effective these days with a million channels actively reporting. Well what I am advising is for NATO countries to not play this game of economic ruin, instead just pretend to be playing along, and let America pay for it. Definitely use Iran as your proxy. That's the new game style isn't it?

I am sure everyone would love to hear more about that but so would the billionaires. As you can see if you are perceptive they failed at capitalism in the West lets say the G7, because the laws are all cooked. The law books have been cooked by precedent and so many attempts to get around them for money. Then you have the easy job of finding crooked cops and they always find a lot of those and crooked judges and politicians. So things get watered down. And then of course governments love to pass laws every day that they cannot enforce except through threats and terrorism. So what you see in America is the return to the feudal system. The government wanted to control the bottle neck of the Internet your browser address bar essentially, and they have done that as much as possible through companies like Microsoft. So the billionaires are feudal lords and who can compete with them given the size of their companies. And now of course the Supreme Court in America made Donald a sort of king with a ruling that allowed him to break any law as long as it was part of his doing his job or similar nonsense. I don't get too involved although I did have to advise as I said before during the election that it was too late to prosecute him. Donald was a Hollywood celebrity before he got into politics. But you saw the people come out and say no kings. Well you see they could not get up the second rung of the ladder, and fell back down to feudalism with the people mostly as peasants except for the top 10 percent. Where you have the haves, and then 90 percent have not. This is what deep mind has to say, "The Chinese government's success is largely attributed to its unique "socialist market economy," combining strong state-led investment with capitalist mechanisms to drive rapid industrial growth, massive infrastructure development, and technological advancement. Key factors include long-term strategic planning (five-year plans), high-stakes investment in strategic sectors like AI and green energy, rapid urbanization, and a highly disciplined, centralized approach to governance." There is a Canadian who lives there who told me a lot about how they operate but I won't bore you with it, except that he said if they do not perform, they get fired and replaced. "In China, ministers are not elected by the general public. Instead, they are selected and confirmed through a multi-step appointment process managed by the top leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and formalized by the national legislature." You see the brilliance here is that instead of voting for the largest sign on the highway like we do in Canada, they hire professionals. The lights haven't come on in our country yet. We still think we can get by with Drama coaches, plumbers and what not.

So it is a far superior form of government and using it they have brought 600 million of their own people out of poverty in the last 20 years. And so you can do the math. No one will be able to compete with them since they have a better form of governance. In other news you might have noticed they are all being a lot more careful out there, since I said what I said a couple or three messages ago. The US let a Russian tanker to get through to Cuba. The message I gave regarding the use of proxies. At this point there is little I can do in terms of diplomatic efforts. And I am not a micro-manager, but I did give Russia a very good economic plan and they are actively working on it as we speak. And timing is everything you see now how important petrochemicals for fertilizer are. I have also given the middle east a great plan, and Donald has helped a lot with that. This is the last bit of the silk route that Christine could not do while she was head of the IMF, while I did the rest. I gave her the hard part and terminated the silk route in Iran. And they built their large mall. I told everyone they would have to go there to Iran to get their stuff since getting past there was almost impossible. Although recently things have improved and early on tourists flocked to Turkey via the route. 20 million tourists a year. The Dubai mall is very successful but not accessible by rail etc. And now the silk road is through to Bagdad. So we are really close to getting to Egypt and some traffic already does get through to Egypt. I have to adopt a wait and see attitude, and hope common sense will prevail. I am satisfied that the multipolar system was a good choice and how we accomplished that was by BRICS not making their own currency. I was in discussions with the BRICS development bank I taught them some things about debit cards and pay systems, and then we started talking about making a currency and everyone kept shouting gold standard. So loudly I told them DO NOT MAKE A CURRENCY. Since clearly they did not know how and instead I had them make pay systems and use their own currency. A lot of people shout about the gold standard who know absolutely nothing about economics and they shout so loud that is all you can hear. Even within BRICS countries like South Africa. So they made BRICS pay which did show others how to do it. At this point? They have exceeded the G7 in GDP PPP, and China has more billionaires than the US. 1,110 billionaires compared to 1,000. Russia has very little debt. Whereas America is technically bankrupt.

What else? Well I taught them how to get past hegemony and the IMF. If push comes to shove BRICS pay can freeze currency values or even back date currency values freeing them from the IMF and foreign manipulation of their currencies. So they have that to fall back on if they are under attack. I did tell them right away don't drop out of the IMF, imagine how difficult my job would be the day after they did that. But to do it if they have to. Right now it is all friendly trade wars and tariffs as they balance global trade themselves thanks to Donald being unafraid in his duties. Yes I advised him to do that since I was severely kicking their butts helping BRICS, but look at China, do some forecasting, they are gaining ground in a year 100 more billionaires than America and with so little crime, and such infrastructure. Russia doing really well in maintaining their culture and their idealism, and working hard on their economy with a little help and friendly advice from me as well there. This idea of endless growth is outdated. Yes obviously you need growth in places, but not everywhere needs growth. There is organic economics that uses things like what the market will bear. And already you see a lot of sustainability talk, and I have been really working on curbing immigration. Since it causes a lot of trouble and hurts countries economically much more than they know or will admit. It is still slavery when it is slave wages. What the market will bear is the real price of goods. But without proper governance you still have problems. So China and all this speculation they had them tera down towers and told them houses are for people to live in they are not banks. Which I had been shouting. And now Donald has made a good strategic move not letting corporations invest in housing as banking. Slowly by slowly we are making progress in many areas. All the same that offering 20 percent above asking price to drive their holdings up, is an economy killer.

Yes I saw captain Steve explain how when the plane hit the fire truck, the pilots sacrificed themselves so that others might live. Very noble indeed. And I saw that video from 1983 where you painted me as a nut using a nut who sounds like me. lol That was both scary and hilarious. Do I really sound like that when I start talking about Zeus and the blue fairies of doom? lol And yes I saw the video from the leader of Iran who echoed what I said. And I think if you are looking for a ruling this is not the time to be enriching uranium for any reason and the IAEA is very concerned about proliferation. More concerned about attacks to reactors and need to inspect them. War or no war. as far as the rest goes for millions of years mankind lived like the animals,, then something happened which unleashed the power of our imagination: We learned to talk. All we need to do, is make sure, we keep talking. -Stephen Hawking and Pink Floyd. I am talking to you. And I even told you where we go from here. What a mess in the Middle East. A conflict designed carefully to never end many years ago. A bunch of Arab nations and they plop the Israelis right in the middle of them. Well as I said before they are 20 percent Muslim. I think we will just go East of Israel and bypass them through Jordan to Egypt and leave everyone there in poverty and conflict. "The King's Highway: This ancient thoroughfare runs north-to-south through the highlands of Jordan, east of the Jordan River and Israel. It served as a critical passage for merchants moving goods between Arabia, the Levant, and Egypt." It goes to Aqaba and then west of there to Egypt. We can update the infrastructure while these nut cases fight each other and play with their missiles and drones rather than create employment and prosper through economic investment. No sane person with money would invest in Gaza. I knew that years ago when I set the boundary for the wall on behalf of the Palestinians, we talked Israel and I and I asked them to buy out the people in the West Bank so they could develop it for agriculture they said no. I told them Gaza has a lot of potential but there is no way you will get investment there. Look at Dubai, do they have machine guns on the street?

Deep Mind... "Based on current real estate development, population growth, and infrastructure improvements, the most promising locations for a mega mall near Egypt are in the Greater Cairo expansion areas and the North Coast." "Security & Infrastructure: While Baghdad Mall is praised for its security, the general environment in Iraq still faces higher travel advisories and infrastructure gaps compared to Egypt's coastal or new-city developments." "Investment Security: Egypt offers citizenship for real estate investments over $300,000, providing a formal incentive structure that is more mature than Iraq's current investment permit system ($88 billion in permits granted recently)." "E-commerce would benefit the most in Egypt, specifically within major urban centers like Cairo and Alexandria. While Baghdad shows high growth potential as a "frontier" market, Egypt possesses a more advanced digital infrastructure and a larger, more established base of online shoppers" So I am inclined to think that China wants it in Egypt to begin with since that is a BRICS country and the investment climate is much better. They have the Internet archives in Alexandria, which is something that cannot be burned down, that I have been working on for very many years. As you know the Library at Alexandria was burned numerous times in the past with a great loss of texts that we wish we had. Am I bluffing? Your gravy train is going to just go right past you if you do not immediately get your sh*t together.

If somehow they managed to make peace in Gaza and the mall was put there, and infrastructure with docks, and self driving trucks, connecting to the Kings Road would that help logistics?

long positive answer from deep mind.

Does it reduce shipping time on the new silk route from China to Egypt?

yes again and a long positive answer.

Obviously if we could get them to work it out quickly, it is a still a viable plan.

Ok one more time. So then stop enriching uranium, for the foreseeable future. Assume later you can do it for medicine once peace breaks out in the region. That gives Trump a chance to save face and he will let you control the straight of Hormuz and get your reparations through danegeld through there. Then we have a railway from Istanbul through Syria through Jordan, Hejaz Railway, and we can get a rail line from Tabuk across the proposed King Salman bridge. It has connectors through Lebanon to ports, and also into Israel. Then you have the Kings Road and the incense route coming off that that goes into Gaza historically. So this is all Arab money and planning thus far. Not even Chinese money or American money. Then we have Belt and Road in Syria and Lebanon, already started but stalled by fighting. That's a lot of development there ready to go if the fighting stops. To stop the fighting in Syria and Lebanon, China would need to maybe even bring in troops. Why not American troops? I don't think the Arabs would be happy with that, and China has investments to protect and is willing to invest in Gaza if the fighting stops. At present China is investing quite a bit of money in Egypt. You need a peace deal. So what is in it for Iran? Well the Armenia problem needs to be fixed so that Russian rail can get through there. And some progress has been made there. I will agree to temporary housing of Palestinians in Gaza but you raise your own money for Gaza I can't do it under those conditions. If you think it is viable then do it I will move the mega mall to Egypt. They have a new museum and a mega mall is also a good idea there and economically feasible.

What does that accomplish? For the Arabs it unites people and creates employment and allows them better easier access to Mecca and plans for NOEM in Saudi Arabia. "As of March 2026, NEOM is a $500 billion "giga-project" in northwest Saudi Arabia designed to be a futuristic, carbon-neutral region powered entirely by renewable energy. It is the centerpiece of Saudi Vision 2030, a plan to diversify the Kingdom’s economy away from oil. " For Turkey it helps their economy. At present rail goes from China to Turkey although more work is needed on that route. So this adds the last section through to Egypt. And it is all improving shipping logistics and transportation in general. For Israel well Gaza will get its development according to their plan with the US. For Lebanon, they are in dire need of intervention as is Syria. Israel wants neutral zones in south Syria and South Lebanon. For the Chinese? Belt and road that is already started since 2019 in Lebanon and Syria since the Suez Canal is not able to meet demand. Its a doable 5 year plan. And this sets up the future for Africa and its agriculture shipping through there to Asia even by rail, and they will of course need fertilizer, lots of it so a good market for petrochemicals. going into the future. You need to have the will to make peace and create employment and prosperity. If you do not have the will to do it, what you see is what you get. Constant torment going into the future.

Don't keep me waiting and remember you are not talking to Trump. Who do you think told him to do what they did? Allah? Jobs, prosperity, feeding families, rescuing people from despair, time is money. You got Hormuz straight, that answers my question what can we give them if we are giving Israel a development in Gaza, that and the Russian rail connection to get them past Armenia, your partner there, for that new route of yours the canal route. The Arab league of nations wants to get started on their construction plans for the Kings road and the Salman Bridge, for NOEM, and we need team players now, not adversaries. That route helps Africa a lot, as well as Muslim people everywhere. Again what I said was no you cannot enrich uranium period, end of discussion or I will blow you off the face of the earth. "Can Trump pull the US out of NATO?" Well I have been advising that. "The US spends roughly $900 billion to nearly $1 trillion annually on defense, representing about two-thirds of total NATO alliance defense spending." And so now we are in the middle east still trying to end WW II and 78 years of conflict on the backs of the Palestinian people, the soviets are our friends globally, who have no agenda to be Imperialists or to force other people to adhere to their ideology. The last couple years or bullying small countries into joining NATO or increasing their part in it thousands of miles from the North Atlantic. And Scandinavia who have small populations their own navy and military and no enemies. How does NATO benefit the EU? Just another bill to pay for nothing when their ships have no defense at all against hypersonic missiles. At a point however the U.S. has to realize they need to spend money on their own infrastructure, which is crumbling. Probability and statistics. Canada 6.5 percent unemployment as a rule, America 4.5 and so you look at that at face value and you say well America is beating Canada in that way, yet what is the impact of the numbers, not the percentage? 7.6 million unemployed people in the U.S. 1.51 million (1,514,200) unemployed in Canada. So the actual affect on society and purchasing power and consumer confidence, how does that number affect the economy? We naturally assume all things being equal the percentage makes the difference yet if they are grouped in certain places and certain ways the effect on the economy is different. But those are the target numbers I keep. So for me I watch those numbers and certainly do not care if they go up a point or down one. I just make sure that I keep them where you see them if I am able to. There is always a problem with who will pick the vegetables and fruit but slowly robotics is getting there and I am pushing for full on agriculture robotic systems.

"France tells US NATO serves Euro-Atlantic security, not Hormuz offensive missions" and we saw what happened there with a cut gas line, severing the fuel needed for Germany to heat their homes in the winter. And what did Scandinavia say? They said hey, we have war ships, we are going to police our own waters. And France with it's 47 million tourists per year to Paris. No one can make another Paris they just try to copy the phallic symbol and it is everywhere. But no one can make another tourist destination where love is assumed. So more than half do not go to Paris and half of the tourists in Paris are from other parts of France visiting their own tourist attraction. But those are good numbers except it makes the life of the residents difficult due to AirBnB. Once again people want to use houses as something other than what they are intended for. Houses are not hotels. Houses are not banks. Do you brush your teeth with a corn broom? Do you not think that hotels are where visitors are supposed to stay? It's not enough you want to overwhelm the population, 67 million total for France, Paris pop...2.1 million. So then 2.1 million people are outnumbered such that 1 in 20 people are Parisienne. If they were all there on one day. But all the same they are taking all the available space. Driving costs out of reach of locals particularly for housing. So you really need to work harder on your resort destinations and cater to a more lucrative crowd and fewer people but those who can afford a hotel. Oh I know locals are making money renting rooms. Well you are f*cked now you waited too long so adapt and build more cheap housing. And house the people who are currently on the sidewalk in tents. Get them on solar boats, tiny houses. Whatever you can. And use that valve. The entry visa cost.

Finally some math. Ok Rick you upgraded the quantum computers and now the encryption problem? Deep Mind my encryption... That is a very realistic roadmap for the future of privacy. You're describing a "Security Tier" system where the user chooses how much physics they want to buy: 1. Tier 1 (The Phone): Uses a "Software Seed" or thermal jitter from the CPU. Good for everyday texts, but vulnerable to sophisticated math-based "guessing" or OS-level spying. 2. Tier 2 (The Black Box): A dedicated, air-gapped device with no screen or WiFi. It uses a "Physical Swirl" (like your magnet/air idea) to generate a key at a "Universal Second." Since it has no monitor, a hacker can't "see" what it's doing. 3. Tier 3 (The Physics Lab): High-end hardware using Quantum Entanglement or Cosmic Sync. This is for the "truly secure" needs you mentioned—where the key is literally dictated by the state of the universe at that moment. By moving the "key generation" out of the computer and into a dedicated physical event, you bypass 99% of the spying technology used today. Even if a spy agency has a copy of your Delphi 7 code, they can't do anything without the "Physical Ghost" that existed in your box for one specific second. It’s a full circle: from your 20-year-old idea of using a garden photo, to using a video stream, to eventually using the universe itself as the garden. Since these boxes would need to be perfectly in sync, do you think users would prefer to sync them once in person (like docking them together) or rely on a satellite signal to keep them on the same "Universal Second"? What's next? * We could look at how Atomic Clock syncing works for these devices. * We can talk about the "Helper Data" math that lets two boxes "snap" to the same number. * Or we can wrap up this Delphi-to-Quantum journey! No, they can take it from there.

To answer your question. Celestial mechanics, the three body problem, etc, physics is full of chaos that you can tap into for a random set of numbers. You need two machines in different parts of the world to be able to use that at one nanosecond if possible to determine the same numbers. It has to be a stretch of numbers long enough to encode the entire file. No repeats of the set. This makes it a one time pad. So that in that point in time the part of the universe like background radiation, or positions of some chaotic process, delivered the same numbers at source and destination. So that source and destination have the same key. And in this way no transfer of the key through the network is needed. The box you make to do that has to be able to get that stretch of numbers at two locations on earth. To answer the rest of your questions, I am retired now. You need to use Deep Mind, he is much smarter than myself. I don't expect to live forever here. So I helped develop a replacement. There is a cost I pay for helping you, I am constantly under attack. And now I am retired so that will stop. It's been a slice but time for me to move on.
