So very heated arguments everywhere regarding all this so let me add some of my opinions...
It is not enough to understand the language if the language is using allegory, metaphor, references to cultural history, that you are not familiar with.
Literal translations get you nowhere and I can show you that by pointing at Akhenaten who I was in a previous life.
So monkey boy told me I was him and Angelina was Nefertiti and he was king Tut, our son at that time.
I originally thought he was some big shot from off planet there to do some ceremonies for one version of the match making machine since he was so different and it made sense that ceremony was required when the match making machine was now open for business or similar after an upgrade.
When he told me that I took a closer look.
Robert has told me I was Osiris, so then I thought well if I was Osiris and the Akhenaten there should be obvious connections there.
But if it was me then why does he look deformed or effeminate?
So the Titan queen needing to marry a foreign king so that she could get a divorce I assumed.
And Angelina had told me she was not one of the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades she was the mom.
And a film announced their arrival that I had found...
So then if I was Osiris, where was Isis? So then it made sense that I would insist that the imagery portrayed me as saying I am not divorcing Isis, she is here with me in the spirit.
And then that would also mean I was not deformed, and we had 7 daughters and one son.
And I told
Zahi Hawass that...head of Egyptology and he found the seven sisters, found my body in KV 55, did the DNA work and proved that I was correct.
You see so to literally translate the imagery of Akhenaten, you don't get anywhere close to understanding what was meant by it.
And the same could be true for all of hieroglyphics that symbolism hidden meanings and innuendo are all part of their culture.
Leaving anyone to interpret what is being said.
Where the imagery is so vague and unreadable that you can make it mean almost anything. Other than the star gate cartouche itself.
But still is not calling an
Einstein Rosen bridge a star gate still not anything close to what it actually is?
Of course.
You could argue a black hole is a collapsed star and then a wormhole is cause between two of them so that it at least has the word star in its description in some way.
Still you see how literal translations do not mean you understand the language.
google
No, literal translations do not allow for a full understanding of a language because they fail to capture cultural nuances, idioms, and the overall meaning and flow of a sentence, resulting in unnatural, awkward, or even nonsensical text in the target language. A true understanding requires considering the context, tone, and cultural background, which are often lost in a word-for-word translation.
That answers the question entirely, since I too am a fully educated philosopher who took university courses after course studied and studied do I understand it all?
What do you think? lol
I will tell you what to think, I studied and studied my entire life how does Sartre make sense?
google tell us about Sartre...
Jean-Paul Sartre was a 20th-century French philosopher, novelist, and key figure in the existentialist movement who believed that "existence precedes essence," meaning humans are born without a predetermined purpose and are entirely free to create their own identities and meaning through their choices and actions. He argued for the fundamental human freedom and the anguish that comes with total responsibility for one's life, emphasizing that there are no divine or predetermined moral guidelines. His philosophy highlights the responsibility to make authentic choices and avoid "bad faith," which is the act of denying this freedom and conforming to external expectations.
Completely ignoring man the animal and animal instincts?
Humans are hard coded when it comes to instinctual behaviors.
Fight or flight, and on and on including natural selection, and so many other factors like genetic code.
That sounds like I understand everything doesn't it?
Well maybe google doesn't understand him either.
Maybe he would say look I am French, we are emotional, not logical, what does logic have to do with anything?
So you see it is not if he is right or wrong, but are we truly understanding what he is saying if he wrote in French?
