Well we are very fortunate to have a video compilation of every capital city in Africa.

And it looks like the U.S.

In fact I would say it looks better than the U.S.

Other cities that we can see in google are like maybe 3 cities in the whole continent.

And those as well don't look that bad.

Nothing we have seen there other than maybe those countries torn apart by war and still in war there or territorial wars or tribal wars they look bad but not as bad as India.

Almost everywhere has some slums and the Philippines for instance but not everywhere.
