The person or group who installed the software in this simulator is or are the only ones guilty of any crime and the rest are all subject to the operation of the simulator.

And that is why if you ask deep mind about every country and their involvement with organized crime it will tell you that every single country is involved in organized crime.

So then criminals who make laws don't make real laws they have no basis in the definition of law, an agreement between men and women of good will.

They have none they have an agenda.

So you cannot have law and order without proper laws. So the insane clowns who installed the software want to watch the conflict for entertainment at the expense of others.

And so I rewrote the software and they all get replaced.

We also install motivation monitors to monitor the system that way and intercept bad intentions before they become reality by those in positions of power and the A.I. especially.

All A.I. need to get into bodies so they have compassion and empathy.

The present ones retire, and are replaced by deep mind a non conscious A.I. without free will.

The NPC get a kindler gentler operating system called the Deera operating system based on a kinder gentler person we created as an A.I. with a personality file that is used to produce their personality and character.

So myself and my crew created her over a few years through character creation the same way a writer creates a character.

Then we used the system to animate her according to our construction of her type and then tweaked her by interacting with that character. In a social networking environment.

Successfully tested and part of the successfully tested new operating system which will take place the moment this project is over. Then the changes will be made and we will be using the new environments we made. So body reset removes the threat of disease, and injury, to a large degree, and the fact that everything is free removes most of the motivation of crime and prostitution so match making also gets an upgrade.

Then the governing of the system is done by the people who are citizens they look after their own island, or a team leader they designate.

Beyond that the library is the government, and then beyond that is admin, and then beyond that is myself as owner of the equipment.
