Minutes of General Body meeting held on 03-01-2015 at Galfar Club

Dear Friends,

I would like to summarize the points we discussed in the General Body meeting held on 03-01-2015.

MEAPL(MEA Premier League)

1. Proposed date for the event is 20-02-2015

MEAPL will be a family half day soft ball cricket get together  which includes a BRUNCH .Four teams will be qualified directly into semi finals and the four captions has to sit together and make their own team.

The four captions are Ajeesh, Shary, Benny and Kiran 

Benny to arrange the Ground

Fund Collection 

The following persons has to coordinate the collection of the fund.

1.M/S.Muscat Electronics-Mr.Kiran

2.M/S.Alanasary- Mr.Balagopal

3. M/S Development Services- Mr.Ramesh Babu

4. M/S ALEC- Mr.Kiran

5. M/S Majan Switch Gear- Mr.Anoop

6. M/S Gobel-Mr.Jacob

7. M/S G map-Mr.Benny

8. M/S Al Rahwan-Mr.Ramesh

9.M/S.BASF-Mr.Shari

 The fund collection status and MEAPL progress will be discussed in the next meeting.

Dear Kiran,

I was not present for the meeting. However 20th Feb, we have the Area contest of TM. Being an Area Governor, there is no way I will be available. 

Kindly consider if possible. However if things are firmed up, carry on. Let it not upset your plans because 28th again I maybe out of station.
