Dear Jacob

Every year we have a colorful flyer giving all programme details, dance, skit, fashion show, etc and other information regarding charges etc.

There are very many members who qualify to be in MEA and they only come for this annual day, there are quite a few in BEC.  If we forward this info to them, they will come. If we give tel nos of the attendance committee they will phone and confirm attendance. In fact couple of them asked me about the details, I am waiting for this flyer, hopefully tomorrow.
