Meagre-crowd has a new release: 0.4.3

After some major software battling, another solver is in and working:
TAUCS is functional now.

Major rewrite of the get_dependencies script (probably partially
broken now)
Added solver: TAUCS
Fixed a bug in TAUCS LU solver. (patch)
