Test 9. Allows users to add a blank tag. No instruction to "Set label"
given. No error persented with blank field.

No browse button for adding additional resources - this might be useful for
finding files on the local machine

Files don't load in the application window. Just websites. this is
annoying!!

Gui based interface for selecting tags and resources. the tag tree isn't
very user friendly.

Multiple tabs for multiple resources would be useful. having many documents
open in the one screen at once based on their tags.

ability to delete tags in the tree view.

"Current module is dirty, do you want to save before adding a new one?" -
message is quite confusing. Guessed to press the save option, but i have no
idea what it means!
