I'm changing the folder meaggserver to meaggjava, because it contains
far more than the server code, for instance the clientlib in java, and
in future also a few plug-in scripts (i.e. delicious code).

I suspect this will break Rob's code where the server is started (if
you do this in testing your code).

I've added fatjar build scripts for server and clientlib jar files.
I've added ontology folder to the jar files, so they are not required
in the same folder anymore for the server file to run.

It's not a problem, although I hate the idea of a language specific folder with 'everything' in it, I understand why it is necessary.

These build scripts, can they be automatically invoked?

Yes - I know. I hate the language specificness as well. But I think it
is the best solution here.

At the moment the build scripts can't be automatically invoked. Fatjar
developers claim that it ought to work, but it doesn't. I think it is
correlated to the "experimental" word they associate with the
functionality ;-)

Right now it has to be build from eclipse, but for the mo that should be
alright, as I suspect it won't have to change too much, and we are
primarily going to work from mono. (Yes - not really optimal, but...)

I might get them to work at some stage, but I'm looking at changing the
FFS to rdfs reasoning right now.

Cheers
Karsten
