The googlecode site (all of it really, not just our project) appears
to be having some issues today. This is affecting not just the
project home page, but the code repository too.

Whilst Googlecode has been very reliable, this might be an indication
that we should keep our source in at least two repositories, so that
if one server is down people can still check out the code from the
other. However, I don't think it is possible to set the svn clients
up to automatically work with two repositories, which means that we
either have to set up command line tools to commit to both, or find
some other way around it. Alternatively, of course, we can just grin
and bear it when the Google site goes down, or switch to an internally
run repository (however, out of hours down time is likely to take
longer to get fixed with this model)
