Fyi – latest conversation with Mark for VaxTrac integration.
We are clear with him that we may not have a deep integration now due to lack of time and will mention it as an ‘optional’ feature.

Tushar,
Apologies for not giving you a heads-up about the shipment. We're having a little trouble with the procurement of the fingerprint scanners. I'm working on it and will get it to you as soon as I can. I know you have your final presentation on the 6th.
As for loading the software, I'll have Shawn, our Technical Director, provide some instructions. FWIW, the development arm is called Biometrac; that is who would actually be responsible for building the system. VaxTrac is a single application of the core biometric technology specifically for juvenile vaccination registries. What we've discussed is significantly broader in scope and would exist as its own product.
Happy to have you mention us and the integration potential. Let me know if you need anything from me, like talking points, cost figures, etc.

Hey Mark,
We just received the nexus tablet today. Thanks! I guess you ordered this straight from the Google store - please let us know how to get the software bits onto this. Also, I am assuming you sent the fingerprint reader separately - that should hopefully reach soon?
We have been busy working on the backpack all this while (ran into some challenges and had to make last minute design changes). This is a heads up to say that the integration (in terms of physical space / placing in the backpack) we manage to fit in now might not be the optimal one - we’ll so the best we can now for the deadline and then iterate on it later on.
Also, during the exhibition, we plan to mention the collaboration with VaxTrac and the integration as an optional feature in the backpack - I hope that’s ok with you.
Thanks,
Tushar
