Dear All,

Please pardon my late reply to your email and I hope this meet you all well.

I am glad to hear about the wonderful progress you have all made and I am honoured to be part of the project.

Work and family commitment has been taking a toll on me and I just returned from Nigeria last week after a short trip. .

My eldest daughter is graduating from High School (Cupertino) on the 6th of June 2013 we have a whole lot of activity planned by  Cupertino High School and with family members. This will make it impossible for me to attend the presentation.

I am sure everything will work out well and please extend my very best wishes to the everyone and my heartfelt congratulations for a job well done.

Yours sincerely,

As you have been so very important to the success of our project with UNICEF, we would like to invite you to attend EXPE, which is the big event at which we will be presenting and showcasing our final product. It would mean a lot to us if you can make it, even if only for a little while.

> We are giving a formal presentation at 10:30 AM on Thursday, June 6th, at the Hewlett Teaching Center, Room 200. It will last 15-20 minutes. We will then have a booth set up where people can read about our project and interact with our product up close. This will last from 2-5 PM on the 6th in the atrium of the Peterson Building (Bldg. 550), and you could come by to check it out anytime during that time frame.

Solomon,

Congratulations on your daughter's graduation! Enjoy your day on the 6th, as I am sure you will be doing a lot of celebrating.

Thank you again for all of your support. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit Nigeria as part of this project, and it could have never happened without your help. We will make sure to send you some pictures from the event so you can see our final product, and maybe we can get a video of our presentation as well.
