To-do list for final documentation:

Juhana & Tushar copies text from Winter doc and creates new table of contents

All the below tasks should be done by Monday 10 am!. Tomorrow is for editing and doing the layout with indesign. Keep adding pictures and write the captions right away!

1 Intro (done, proofreading needed)

2 Context (done, proofreading needed)

3 Design Requirements (Blake)

4 Design Development (All do individual parts - those that we singed two weeks ago - and ... 

Tushar makes the section unified and writes 4.1 Development Strategy with visualization)

4.2 Needfinding (Stanford updates: Nigeria experience + health gap. Noel)

4.3 Persona: Update the ones from Winter Doc (Inkeri)

4.4 Benchmarking (Vaccination benchmarking stuff here. Rohan) 

Other benchmarking to Appendix and short learning chapter about them (Juhana)

4.5. Future Development (Inkeri)

5 Design Specification (All  do individual parts) Blake does 3D pics of all the components. Hanna does graphics and layout of the backpack

Inkeri creates story board about the solution / use case (doodle video content)

6. Project planning and Management (Janna)

7. Resources (Juhana)

8. Appendix (Juhana)

We would need a short summary from your Winter Q prototype learnings and short summaries of your winter prototypes. See example from Winter doc.

Who would take the ball on this one? I will do one for Aalto and combine them (Aalto + Stanford) and put the original ones to Appendix.

6.5 Project Budget (Blake you should do this part, and from Aalto whoever was in charge of the money)

  6.6 Reflections Each one of us should do this part.

I have added all the pics existing from "winter doc file" to our final spring documentation file -> All pictures. When you write rename the photo related to your writing and add that photo with right name into the "final doc pictures" file.

Janna, can you also write Waste box design specification in 5.2.5?

You could also see which pictures fit better to specification than development
