What's ghosting? Ghost writing?

I just turned down the opportunity to write a book. Part of me is thinking
I'm nuts for it, but most of me realizes the company hasn't paid me in full
for the FIRST book, so, well, with their history of non-payment, I can't
risk it.

Where are you, Mark?

Josh and I ended up in Sanford. We'd like to get to Portland, though, but,
of course, it's so crazy expensive it'll take us some time to get there.
