As  an  integral  part of the campus recruitment process we are required to conduct  reference  check  for  all  the  selected candidates to take their candidature  further.We  require  your support to get the same done for all the selected candidates.

Kindly  find attached the soft copy of the reference check form

The  first  page  of  the  Reference Check Form requires the details of the referees.The  second  page includes the details of the students with the feedback of the  referees. 

Please note the following for filling up the form:

   The REFERENCE CHECK FORM should be filled up separately by two referees.
   The  referee  should  be  a person associated with the institute,who has known the candidate during his/her academic tenure in the institute.

   Please  send  the  hard  copy  of  the  form  on  the letter head of the institute, duly signed and sealed
