All the student are instructed to follow the following process for project submission
1. Get your results approved from your respective guide and submit the project approval sheet to PG Coordinator (find the attachment for project approval sheet )
2. Then give presentation to panel of the department.
3. Comply the suggestions given during departmental presentation. If required repeat presentation (inputs will be given on case to case basis).
4. Submit the project process review to PG coordinator
5. Submit soft copy of your project in the form of CD(3 Different CD's required).

2. Project Code
3. Required Software
4. Final PPT
5. Execution steps for project (in word file)
6. CPGCON certificate (attendee & presenter)
7. CPGCON Evaluation sheet
8. CPGCON published paper
9. All published paper till date with certificate
10. Project Report (In LATEX & In Word format)11. Hall Ticket.
12. Synopsis (Proper Format Given By ME Coordinator)
- Write the content On CD
1. Project Title
2. Your Name & Guide Name
3. College Name And College Code
4. Seat Number (Hall Ticket)
- List of Hard Copies (Xerox)
1. Two Set of
i) Hall Ticket
ii) Last Semester Mark-sheet
iii) Synopsis Of Project
iv) C-PGCON Paper
v) All Certificates of Paper Published till date.
vi)C-PGCON- Certificates Presented, Attended, Evaluation Sheet.
2.No dues form.(2 Copies)
3.Guide Approval.
4. PPR.
5. Work Book
6. Paper Presented Till date
7. Base Paper(1 Copy), Reference paper (3 Copies)
8. Submission of Black book
