Attempted Theft.. thwarted. This morning my girlfriend informed me that when she went outside the cover was off my bike and I should come have a look. So outside, -- I see that someone had indeed taken the cover off of my bike, and jammed a screwdriver into the igntition box of my Honda Metropolitan, and made several pry-marks trying to get it open. Several actual motorcycles are nearby (NOT cabled down, and NOT covered.. and weren't touched.)  

That makes sense though, because the kickstand was locked down, steering lock was engaged, and the entire fooking bike was cabled to the center rung a steel handrail. What were they going to do, drive it away with no back wheel?

I am pretty annoyed right now, and my window overlooks the spot where the bike was.

Anyhow, keep on the lookout. My bike is safe for now. But I'm still worried.

go and get an alph alock it's a boot style lock for cars and motorcycles I've got one love it big and bulky but worth the 80.00, also look at ha5rbor freight for their remote alarm  device it was 50 and if someone jsut bunps the bike it blasts a 120db alarm
