Greetings.
On 4th October,2012, on the opening page of the news paper 'The Hindu'
it was published that Supreme court has ordered to state govts and union territories for compulsory construction of toilets in all schools with special emphasis for girl students, within next 6 months. I think this is the right time to lobby with the state governments, contractors, engineers, school managements etc to construct toilets with patterns of universal designs, making it friendly for persons with disability.
Please pass this on to your networks who are involved in disability rehabilitation.
