Hello Everyone

 

Hope you are doing well. Just to keep you all updated about the following assignments and presentations;

 

1. 502_ Research Methodologies

 

The presentation is scheduled for the 15^th December

 

2. 515_Public Health

 

Written reports on NCD (group) and CD (individual) are due on or before 15^th December, please handover your assignments to Madhu. No extension to the deadline.

 

NCD

-       Presentation on 2^nd December, for 15 minutes for each topic (all members of the group should participate in the presentation).

-       Report

o      Written Report: 20 marks (same to all in the group)

o      Viva: 20 marks

 

CD

A communicable disease relevant to Sri Lanka,

-       justify why it was selected (20 marks)

-       Its Problems

-       Its prevention and control activities and polices

 

Field visits

A visit is being proposed to meet with Dr Gamini Jayakody, Consultant, Community Physician (MCH) of Central Province. The dated to be decided with the availability of students.
