travis test failure on develop branch

Hi devs,

I've been fiddling with MDA on and off today but now the tests on develop fail, and I really have no clue where this might be coming from:

They are all in the coordinate tests and are of the form

old_path = os.getcwd()

OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory


No idea what happened. Any insights (and fixes!!) are appreciated!
