GSOC 2021 introduction

Hi, my name is Kosuke Kudo, a fourth-year undergraduate in biochemistry at the University of Tokyo. 

I've worked on solving the graph structure of DNA sequencing reads of a highly repeated region that conventional de novo assemblers couldn't connect properly. Currently, I'm trying to perform molecular dynamics to predict the functional substructure of proteins that is effective in phase separation. 

I'm especially interested in Project 2: Generalize Groups.

Welcome to MDAnalysis and GSoC. To get you started, we recommend that you get familiar with MDAnalysis (see the blog post and the FAQ ). We recommend you work through the Quickstart Tutorial and start reading the User Guide.

Then find an issue on our issue tracker and work on an issue. We’re also happy to talk about projects when you have specific questions.
