Potomac River in Frederick County yesterday -- 4-April

I spent a few hours on the Potomac River  (Point-of-Rocks & Lander Boat Launch) searching for early emerging dragonflies — See: Potomac River at Lander Boat Launch | Potomac River at Lande… | Flickr .  Although, I was not successful in finding any, it was still a nice day and I did see a couple of species of butterflies, including my first Swallowtails for the season.
