Considering Eastern Shore 6/22/24 - Recommendations?

I have an unexpected free day on Saturday and am thinking about hitting up Eastern Shore to photograph King's HS.

(1) Is this a good time of year? They were see down in NC a couple of weeks ago.

(2) Any recommendations for best spots?
