This is what I call "GO FOR THE KILL!"
A la Colgate Sales ka na mam!

"Suggestment" lang po: perhaps, we can "template" the Sales selling protocol a la Colgate, McDo" --> may standard script outline na with each & every order-taking i.e. standard order (burger, fries, Coke)? --> upsize (large fries, large Coke)? --> add-ons (apple pie? ice cream cone? "Superman" tumbler? try Spicy McChicken?; sidings, promos outside of the average customer oder)?

"Upsizing" MDJuan Sales already does so well. Perhaps, we can "supersize" our Customer Care staff capabilities via a formal, standard "order taking sales talk script" or "protocol". Example lang po:

Step 1: Standard (regular) parts orders?
Step 2: "Upsize"?
   2.1. Suggestive-sell parts historically ordered but not this year (or latest 2-3 deliveries)
   2.2. Push "filler" items inc."Maxistar parts"
   2.3. Push anti-Midwest Military parts
Step 3: "Add-ons"
   3.1. Advanced pre-sell or suggestive-sell New Products
   3.2. Suggestive sell Improved Products
   3.3. Suggestive-sell "forgotten" products

Suggest we create/institutionalize a simple standard one-pager Sales Order Taking Form (pre-filled up, approved by the Sales Manager before making the monthly sales call; customized per dealer; indicates target sales value/volume per dealer, target parts, actual orders, customer remarks/complaints/suggestions, etc.). This will be the Sales/Customer Care Agent's "guide script" or "talking points". Could help the Sales Manager track/train/manage the CCAs and focus on sales targets/quotas per CCA and overall monthly.
