Hi Jay:
Good day! We were very impressed by what you have been doing to our Jeep body tubs to correct some deficiencies that we have before selling them. We have seen the video you posted on YouTube and we have counted about eleven (11) corrections you have doing on our body tubs.
Jay, here is the good news! We are willing do all of these corrections at our production floor before we ship them out to our dealers at the same price. In fact, out of the 11 defects you pointed out, we can confidently say that we have already corrected six of them. We are targeting to be able to correct the remaining five defects by the end of the year 2013.
Though indirectly, you are still our customer and we always endeavor to make our products as authentic as we possibly can to satisfy our customers. We therefore wish to work with you on this matter. We will seek your advice if we did the corrections right so that thereafter, you need not do any corrections at all on the body tubs and just focus on marketing and selling our products. Our ultimate aim is better, more authentic products for all.
So after we have corrected all the imperfections to our mutual satisfaction, we can then focus on aligning our marketing and sales efforts unburdened by all the technical deficiencies that need to be addressed first. This way, it will be less cost for you and hopefully, because of more focus on marketing and sales, increased revenues for you too. We believe that you will be happy with these results.
