Secondly, we need to re-schedule our first shipment, flare fenders are being test fitted before painting, pallet covers are in their finishing stages which is powder coating, since we had an issue with the tubular materials for the front bullbars assembly that caused delays in production, completion was estimated to be around the 3rd week of November. I would like to offer you 2 options:
Option 1. Ship the 100 sets flare fenders and 30 pallet covers in 1 x 20 container ahead of the bumpers on October 25,2014;
Option 2. Re-schedule shipments of 100 sets flare fender, 100 sets front bull bars (GQ and LC80) and 30 pallet covers in 1 x 40 foot container in November?
Please let me know your thought so we can prepare from our end.

AND THE MUD GUARDS HANG ALOT LOWER THAN THE FLARES
THE FINISHED HEIGHT IS THE SAME AS THE FIRST SAMPLE

Further to my quotation of the revised design of Flare fenders for GQ and LC80, I would like to cite the reasons why we need to adjust our selling prices.
1) The New design is a one-piece flare, wherein we have incorporated the mudguards to the flare fenders. The price of the older design flare fender is separate from the mudguards.
2) The older design was 2.5” inner and outer width while the new design is 5” inner and outer mudguards were incorporated in the flare fenders that entails additional materials.
3) Photos of the older design was provided with the quotation and separate price for the flare fenders and mudguards. Please refer to our quotation dated July 08, 2014
