Elvie and Bong,

Please make a list of all our Jeep marked items and email them to me with pictures.

if we can put it side by side with pictures of dimensions with originals so much the better.

We are going to get a license with Jeep and we will sell more of these and more freely.

Cheers,
Rommel

Hi Mike,

That makes perfect sense.

We will make an outline of what we want to do.

We will list down all the things we want to do and list down all the Jeep marked items we manufacture.

In terms of expansion, there is still much room to grow on this. We make many Jeep items and some, Omix might not even carry. And we want to be flexible in supplying Jeep items not only to Omix but to other dealers as well. We have several worldwide.

Can you give me an idea how much royalty Jeep asks for?

Cheers,
Rommel

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly on this.

I definitely understand that you don’t want to upset your relationship with Omix-ADA.  They have been a very good partner for Jeep restoration parts and I’m not sure if we have any opportunities to expand at this point.

Maybe the best idea will be for you to outline for me what you would like to do and how you think it would benefit the Jeep restoration program.  Once I have this info from you, I will be in a better position to determine if it makes sense for us to meet or have a follow-up phone conversation.  Does this plan of action make sense to you?

Please let me know your thoughts and then we can proceed forward accordingly.

Thanks,

It’s nice to meet you via email as well.

Could we schedule a conference call for later this week to discuss your plans and determine from there the appropriate next steps.  Please let me know where you are located at and then we can work to find a time that will be good for both of us.

Thanks,

Hello Rommel,

To get started licensing your Jeep stamped body parts you will need to work with our lincesing firm. I have copied Mike here for his response.

Mike, We have some licensed body parts for the older Jeeps right now with Omix. They get their bodies from Rommel’s company.  I believe that Rommel is asking so the parts can be sold thru other outlets. This may cause some conflicts. Please investigate with him.

Thank you.
