2013 is a specially exciting year for MD Juan. The energy in the jeep community is back. There is renewed enthusiasm everywhere in jeep restoration. Our dealers and jeepers have pushed us to raise the bar in the quality of our products. And we are on "break neck" speed to keep on improving. All these have inspired us to a "rebirth" - total re-dedication to please jeepers everywhere.

 

And to reflect this "rebirth", we've come up with the new-look, new "overdrive" website, our first upgrade in years. This is not just for MD Juan. This is for all the jeepers of the world. This will be a website "in progress" as we will continue to listen to you and improve. Make this your "HQ" for all your jeep restoration needs. Met the new Project team head/Ken yesterday 0924Tue. 3-4pm, Centris (with sir Ex-O, Mainframe and Jarhead).

Minutes:

1. Was assured that they can/are faithfully following our detailed layout template; turns out that the "old" team, no longer with Plan Z, was working on an "old" system kaya hindi daw masunod our instructions;

2. Timetable

   2.1. Adjustments - 0925Wed. - 0930Mon.; task owner: Plan Z/Ken

   2.2. Submission of remaining materials/copy - 0925Wed. - 0930Mon.; task owners: sir Ex-O/Top Gun/Mainframe/Jarhead

   2.3. Presentation of adjusted rendition to Ex-O/Top Gun - 1001Tue.-02Wed.

   2.4. Final adjustments - 1001Tue.-05Sat.

   2.5. Presentation of final rendition for RTJ approval - 1007Mon.

   2.6. Publish/upload - 1008Tue.

 

FYI:

1. Mark Dio - HR contacted him yesterday to make formal turn over and brief Jarhead comprehensively on status/file locations of all artworks esp. the final Project: WEB 3.0 and Project: CATALOGUE layouts/templates; he'll come in this 0928Satl daw;

   1.1. "Era/period look" for CJ6, CJ8 missing - Jarhead to handle completion

2. "Chat Box" - "Message Box" lang muna until we can assign dedicated staff to handle realtime chat with US dealers/customers in the wee hours

3. "Video Gallery" - to be added in the "News & Events" page for our Corporate and upcoming product videos; will show links so as not to slow down website

   3.1. BTW: "Jeep In A Crate" ~2-minuter video ready for your preview; showed it on "interlock" in last 0918Wed.'s Huddle in a "Special Advanced Screening" to the Ka-Juans and  it was "2-Thumbs Up"; this is the Dealer Version; if OK, we then do the Youtube version; best you see it "live".
