r.mdig.growth issue

Hi Joel

I'm an undergrad computer engineer working with Audrey L this summer, and I have been attempting to use the r.mdig.growth module in a simulation. As you've noticed, there is an issue with the input/INPUT argument in particular, which you mention in issue #22 on the github project. Have you figured out any way around that particular issue short of rewriting the code? Any advice would be much appreciated!
