MDiG can, but the command used as the event has to support the
parameter in question being a map.
As far as I recall r.mdig.kernel doesn't currently support this except
for the minimum spread distance (see the main.c file for details of
how it works. To make other parameters maps you'd have to add
additional for-loops.
To make it generic and allow any of the parameters to be maps, it'd
unfortunately require some significant refactoring of the code (not
very difficult, just time consuming)
