New wiki location

Hi all,

The wiki has been transferred to here: https://github.com/ferrouswheel/mdig/wiki

I won't immediate remove the old wiki, but any changes made to it from
now will be lost. Please make all future edits to the github.com wiki.

I just checked and anyone with a github account should be able to edit
the wiki (as well as make a copy of the codebase to hack on should
they like to ;-) ).
