Here's the MDiG package:
http://fruitionnz.com/dist/mdig-0.29.0.tar.gz
extract this to your src directory:
mkdir ~/src # if the the ~/src directory doesn't exist
cd ~/src
tar xfvz ~/Downloads/mdig-0.29.tar.gz # if you downloaded to the
Downloads directory
Then, if you've already run MDiG you should probably remove the default config:
rm -r ~/.mdig
Then go to the mdig program dir:
cd ~/src/mdig/mdig
Next time you run mdig it should ask you some questions for locations
of things. These are the values I used, although you should replace
joel with your username of course :-)
GISBASE = /usr/local/grass-6.4.0RC6
GISDBASE = /home/joel/src/mdig/test
LOCATION_NAME = grass_location
Then you can use mdig to list the available models:
./mdig.py list
Or you can even try out the web server:
./mdig.py web
And open the following address in the browser:
