Expected Lifespan for mDesktop

Hi There,

I'm new to mDesktop and I am evaluating it for our company team. I have a few questions that I can't find answers to on the google code site, and I'm hoping you can help me with them:

1. What's the expected lifespan for mDesktop? Is it still being actively developed? This group doesn't look that active, hence my question.

2. Is there support for mDesktop? Is it this group? How many moderators are there here?

3. Is there a cost associated with it? Or can we still donate to support the project?

Hi Candace!

1) This project should live until it's no longer needed. I imagine Windows will implement multiple desktops at some point. Development is semi-active. I am the only developer on the project currently and I work on it when I can.

3) mDesktop is currently "pay what you want" with the option to pay nothing. You can also donate if you'd like!
