Looks like we are all set to rock the party.  Thanks to the many volunteers who have invested a lot of their personal time to make this party come alive. The best way to thank them would be to be a part of the party by involving in all that fun.
Party will start around 7:30 pm.  IST'ers be aware the doors might close early :) Come early if you can to help with the arrangements and decoration.  Plan to stay a bit after 12 if you can, the party doesn't have to end sharp at 12 AM, we have the place till 1 AM, moreover stuff needs to be cleaned up as well :)

Knowing a lot of the folks are working tomorrow, don't stress much about food preparations. After all it is more important to get ready, dress up and look pretty :)  Having less food is not a bad idea, the worst it could do is we will all start the year on a healthy note eating less :)

Party arrangements Vijay and Vijay, Praveen K, Rajani, Ram, Thrilok, Samba, Surya and Ramesh.

Clean up crew basically every one, amazing how in less than 30 min. the entire place got cleaned up.

And best of all to everyone who attended the party and took part in all of that fun. Congrats to the winners of the games  Abhi, Hyndavi, Ram, Praveen and Gayatri, Ramana and Aparna may this winning streak continue through the entire year.

Hope all the people who put their money got the receipts.
We have about $125 left after paying everything. This includes Muppuri family's contribution. Since they did not attend and
yet been so kind :) to supply the awesome fried rice we might consider returning their contribution of $75. That leaves us with
about $50. We could use for any future gatherings or potluck in summer this year.
